I moved to the area unexpectedly last month and after one night on the floor in my new place, I recognized that I did in fact need a bed (which was quickly reiterated by my mom who was helping). The first thing that happened was we met the owners' dog (even better than finding my new bed right away). The owners in my opinion are deserving of five stars since they bring their dog to work with them every day to the benefit of us all. Next I met both of the owners who were easy going and helpful and inquired about our needs. The pricing was completely reasonable, and my needs were basic. Next my mother and I rolled around on a bunch of the beds looking for the one that was just right. Just right for me included firm comfort, plus a box spring (or something for a frame) and immediate delivery if possible so my mom did not have to join me in sleeping on the floor that night. It was just before closing time and we found the bed. Then the owner suggested a basic frame which made room for storage as opposed to a box spring (perfect for my new place). I was already so happy with the experience but this next part took me to writing this five star review. They did not have any more delivery drivers for the day. After explaining the floor situation to them and seeing a look of dismay in the owners face in return, they offered to drive the bed over and do the set up for us that evening so my mom did not have to sleep on the floor. I never write reviews, but these business owners are awesome humans and deserve an awesome review. A few hours after my purchase the owner came by to set up my new bed (with the dog in tow). My new bed is perfect and comfortable. My mom and I slept so well and felt incredibly grateful. When I arrived I met with Bob who had a wealth of product knowledge. His prices were very affordable allowing me to buy a quality mattress at a great price. I left with my purchase of a twin XL mattress. I didn’t know there were different sized twin mattresses based on the bed frame you are using! My daughter enjoyed her mattress so much that I returned to buy another queen size for another room. Some time had passed before I spoke with Bob again at which time I explained to him that I was recovering from a recent hip surgery. Bob offered for me to explore another mattress explaining the benefits of a memory foam mattress. Again, Bob provided me with a price too good to pass up and even provided delivery to my residence! After one night’s sleep on the Sapphire Cool Phase Hybrid mattress I was able to benefit from all of its characteristics. As a side sleeper the memory foam contoured around my hip and shoulder rather than it just resting on a flat surface. While laying on my back the memory foam filled the void at the curvature of my lower back. Thanks to Bob this mattress is a game changer for my recovery! Overall a fantastic deal, the owner Bob will perform backflips to ensure you will receive the best experience available anywhere. There was a mistake on my part and the incorrect mattress was delivered. The correct one was backordered indefinitely - no delivery date available. Bob loaned us a brand new king mattress to use while we waited for the correct ones to be delivered. This was a tremendous gesture on his part and I was extremely happy both with this most expensive mattress loaner and the one that eventually came. No delivery and setup charge for the extra trip to deliver the mattress. You just don’t encounter this kind of customer service every day. Comfort wise, the Sapphire Sleep Hybrid mattress can not be beat. We went from a Temperpedic mattress that in all honesty I did not want to give up but tried the Sapphire - a gel based temperpedic to even greater comfort. Without question the finest mattress I have ever been on. The remote control 300 series adjustable base with underbed lighting and 3 speed massage likewise is the best I have ever experienced.
