I’d give them no stars if I could. Went there to get a headlight changed. For starters the guy there didn’t seem so thrilled to help me. Barely explained to me what bulb he was selling to me, and then after selling I asked him if he could help me replace the headlight. After giving me some pitiful excuse saying he couldn’t I drove down to oreillys where I was welcomed with many smiles, the guys there explained what the difference was in the headlights and then even showed me how to replace my headlight which didn’t even take 2 minutes. For now on I’ll have my husband take all of his business to oreillys instead of rude...

Andy is a lifesaver! I stopped to replace a corroded battery on my way back downstate on 7.3.2021 and feel so lucky to have picked Moore's Automotive. Andy helped me with the battery, then tested my alternator, which had also gone bad. Andy then called a local mechanic who dropped what he was doing to install my new alternator. I was back on the road in just over an hour. Unprecedented customer service. Thank you Andy, thank you Ron (and Lynn)! You are fantastic people. On the way to the UP my vehicle's engine temperature warning light came on, so I pulled into NAPA. The gentleman helping me quickly determined there was a slow coolant leak. We filled up the reservoir and he suggested driving around close by so we could make sure it wouldn't start overheating again. He explained what to look out for and to keep an extra bottle of coolant just in case. And if this didn't fix it, he knew where to go for repairs.
