I've been going here for the past 5-6 years for open gym and everyone who works there is very nice and helpful, They are probably the nicest guys i know actually. I've been to many other gyms in the area and this gym has my favorite spring floor(s) This springfloor has a good carpet texture that I don't get rugburns on or slip on, and the floor has a bit more padding than most springfloors i've been on, it also has a second springfloor with a rougher carpet and less padding (the floor is bouncier with less padding so you can get more height tumbling). Another great thing this gym has is the buit-In-ground trampoline, I've been working on more advanced twisting moves on the trampoline, and I sometimes land uncontrolled and bounce off of the trampoline, but since it is built into the ground instead of 4 feet off the ground it's very safe to fall off of it.

Read moreIf you have a young kiddo that’s barely starting to come out of their shell, this facility is not the right place. They expect gymnastic robots. I registered my daughter for mini ninjas (It’s described as a beginner’s class), but there was no introduction for the children. Not even a simple hello from their instructor. The children were immediately instructed to take shoes off and run in a circle. My daughter, having never participated in a class like this was very uncomfortable and confused and none of the two ladies supervising them stepped in to guide her. After a few different exercises I asked if I could step in to guide my daughter and get her more comfortable. Was told it was okay by instructor, but a couple minutes later I was told I could not be on the mat by a man I’m assuming might’ve been a manager? My daughter immediately started bawling after I was told I had to get off. There was absolutely no way I could leave her there and have her to participate in something like that. Strongly recommend searching for another facility if you have...
Read moreI wouldn't recommend it. Brought my very excited 5-year-old in to register for Ninja classes and the woman at the front desk had no idea what I was talking about. This is a class that has been recommended to me and is very popular. In fact, I believe there are 3 or 4 classes throughout the week.
All she could offer me was a parkour class (my son has not ever done gymnastics and I wouldn't want him to go right into something like that!) so offering him a class he's clearly no ready for shows a complete lack of basic understanding let alone care or concern for the child taking the class.
But asked about money and she knew that inside and out. Told me a couple of times at least about the $25 annual fee and made sure I understood very clearly that is an annual fee and MUST be paid.
I'm so disappointed as we've been told by several people that my son would love this class, but we could not feel any less welcome when we visited, let alone get any clear answer as to when classes were available and when....
