Sullivans Computers — Attraction in Great Falls

Everytime I've come into this establishment I'm never disappointed with the service I receive, as well as the little things the owner does to really make you feel taken care of. Now for the most part I'm literate with computers, but on several occasions I've been in to ask for advice or assistance with things that I'm just not too sure of and he has gone the extra mile to provide me with his personal assistance as well as providing me with little things here and there that are useful to me at no extra cost. I had a great experience with Sullivan's. I had to have a computer wiped and reformatted with a good copy of Windows and I had an additional hard drive that I wanted to use as a data drive. They completed both requests flawlessly and were kind enough to make sure I received the computer with virus and malware protection installed. I have a subscription to an antivirus service that I like, but I thought it was a great touch to make sure the computer went out the door protected just in case. After all that, I was charged a very fair price and was good to go....

I had a difficult time finding somebody in town to retrieve my information off of a damaged external hard drive. I took it to one place who had it for six days and did nothing with it . By that time I was frustrated and took it in to Sullivans, hoping for the best. I wish I had taken it to him first! In five minutes he had me out the door and saved me a ton of money while making sure I had all my important data at my fingertips, ready to use!
