Yesterday I visited the Greenbelt location. There were so many things wrong with this location. It is very disorganized. Boxes are everywhere. A lot of the items that are on the shelf are out of place. There is no one on the floor to assist, clean up, or organize. This is not the first time that I've visited the location and it looked like this. The only difference in yesterday and another days was "Brandon" the rudest employee I've ever encountered. He was on his phone the entire time communicating with whomever was on the phone. He even had the nerve to stop ringing the items up to grab his phone. After the transaction, he placed the receipt on the counter and picked up his phone again. When he wasn't talking on the phone he was complaining about how 7:00 pm couldn't come fast enough. I contacted the manager. she said that she would speak to him. NOPE, he needs to be fired. It's a shame that he is allowed to behave this way. I've never seen anything like it in my life. It's time to shut this location down and start all over. I blame the regional and district managers too. Visit your stores! Help out! Read moreWent to this location to get a refund for some items I no longer needed. Stood in line only for the lady to tell me she doesn't do refunds that the manager has to do them so I had to get out of line and then back in line again. I had my receipt in hand the manager Jamal attempted to ring up said items after I explained I wanted a refunded. He never took or looked at my receipt and seemed rather annoyed when I told him I paid with card. He clearly didn't know how to do a refund and was asking the associate who told me earlier she couldn't do refunds for constant help. The manager Jamal ended up charging my card 3 times. The associate who couldn't help me walked over to assist the manager with a refund and they both swore up and down I was going to get refunded only for it to show as charges on my bank account days later. Not sure how Jamal got promoted to manager but if something as simple as a refund back to a card is a struggle for him he either needs to be demoted back down to an associate or he needs some crucial training especially in customer service. Read moreThis location is probably one of the worst locations in the state of Maryland. I am never satisfied with my experience in this establishment. It just seems as though the employees are very unhappy and are not helpful whatsoever. I really hope that there is some training or something that can be provided to the employees regarding their customer service. There’s no reason as to why, just simply asking a question turns into a complete dissatisfaction. The responses from the employees are very unprofessional and the environment for this establishment is very uncomfortable. You can tell by the way the employees talk to each other and specifically to the customers, that there needs to be some change and training. The store is self is already unkept and having the employees behave the way that they do, makes the shopping experience even worse. I don’t think I will be coming back to this...
