Terrible! Dishonest

I bought a 3pc set sofa, loveseat and chair. The 2 pc was in stock but the chair had to be special order. I had to wait a month to for the chair so I did that. When it was time for my delivery my sofa and loveseat came wrapped i it’s manufactured package. The chair was hand wrapped in Saran. I called the store and they insisted it was from manufacturer. I went to the store to get a resolution and it was written on the computer receipt that it was in fact the store model chair from there good hope location. Disappointed. So they brought this used floor model chair to my home without communication and offered no discount for it. The manager said he’ll pay for another pick up for the chair and refund me but I wanted a chair so I settled for this one , a used one when I paid and waited for a new one.
