An awesome place until the police arrive; here, Chief Hinson ran from me without asking who I was or what I was about to say for he knew exactly why I confronted him when I saw him--running from me to get out of it, right in front of some of his people Oct. 18, 2014, when I told him to get Gail Barger out of the Community Watch Program: all Barger did for years was slander people who were never "her people." In truth she was, according to a member of the Westerwood Neighborhood Association "Rarely in town." Trashing the lower-classes made Barger appear an awesome run-of-the-mill neighbor and the city pro-active on undesirables when the truth is nowhere near to being any of those factors--the average person will never be the Community Watch in Westerwood for if they were they would immediately report what the Department does there, probably to the Feds--Barger, Marsh Prause, Jeff Nimmer, and other fat-cats are on personal terms with the police there and have been for years; the only reason Barger was in the program at all--and the reason why you never will be--is that Barger is, according to the city "Someone with money who have always run things--it's just always been that way." Financial status gets you fat connections in the Greensboro Police Department, Barger approaching the property and taking photos of me on the property, something I had a real problem with, the GPD telling me "there was nothing they could do about that" a GPD detective telling me "The Community Watch Program is private and has nothing to do with us" when those images as the Department knew were used against me, they were defamation and then some, winning Barger and the GPD who allowed her to do whatever, emoluments (that's kinda like getting credit for something you didn't actually do--being seen as skilled when you really have no skills, how this works is the police say great things about developers, the Department saying great things about them, the public who pays for it all kept out of the loop). It is the same old story: government working for the rich and not for those who keep government going through labor. Barger's other favorite targets were, of course, "roaming black men," that's always an easy one although in this example Hinson is paid a fat salary: he told me he'd get Barger out of the Program--as he ran away--then he put her right back in for another several years for he works for developers and not the average--the Department of course will do all it can to discredit you should you discover this con like I did. What the Department does in District 3 is allow people to come to your property and your person endlessly, both day and night, those who tried it during the day were stopped by County (Barnes era) the Community Watch served right in front of the GPD who would deny that happened altogether but it did for I have always been an excellent witness, you can check my record at the courthouse as well as Barger's perjury: endlessly lying under oath saved herself and the Department and it goes without saying that the Community Watch Program shouldn't be used against people as it was for many years--it was used to promote the whims of the rich--it was used to make Greensboro worse. The pressure-cooker I alluded to was created by the WNA and GPD--it does not however, include all in Guilford County, it does, however, include most (see my Victoria's Secret Valley Hills Mall review for further dirt the city doesn't want you to know, council knowing all of this, and here I thought DWB people were full of it). People like Hinson make everyone else in law enforcement look bad and the public not wanting to go to police about anything--and of course I was the one who called them--if you are charged like I finally was in this scheme, the Department and neighborhood association posts the charge to as many as possible, online, which is forever CRO Ben Wingfield taunting me with "We can tell you think people are out to get you" as well as "I can tell you have a problem with the Establishment." A lot of people do, but not...
