Guy taking order at window super nice. Ordered burgers well-done. He explained that they were smashed so all would be cooked all the way thru. We said "ok that works" Then after ordering we noticed that this same person was jumping over to help make food with the only 2 kitchen employees cooking. No sanitation gloves. This is bad and we had already ordered the 3 burgers, 1 ff and 3 bottle drinks. As the play was to start in 55 minutes and just across the street, we weren't worried at that point about time. Well we were down to 20 minutes to showtime, we were getting worried. Called out our name 3 minutes later. Yes I am getting nauseous thinking of how charred black the burgers were. 1 bite. I handed to my son and my husband did the same thing. $38 for 1 order of decent ff, 3 bottled drinks that you are just taking a cap off of and gross burgers that I am honestly surprised you would still serve. Yes you had a sign up advertising help. It is the owner's or manager's responsibility to ensure that there is adequate qualified help there to fix the extremely limited menu items that were available especially knowing the show schedule, you know when you're going to be hit with business. And the few items you are offering, figure out a way to cook something that people want to eat and enjoy because some of us, this night out is few and far between. Go back to the drawing board. If you don't have enough staff, get your self in there work it. Someone working a cash register, should not be jumping over to do food unless gloves on. And Never Ever serve something that if you were paying the same price for it out of your own pocket, you wouldn't eat it. Please use this review to aid your employees, offer better food that you are charging premium $, make your business better and most of all listen with ears that understand that most people that have this experience will not leave you a review but just verbally tell Everyone they know how bad it was and Never buy...

The food came out hot and smelled great. Im normally not a complainer but after getting home not only myself, and husband but three triplets got food poisoning. Im not sure if it was the burger that was plain charred black,or the crabby patty sandwich or the cheese sandwich, but one of these items if not all of them have had me and my almost whole house sick as can be! Everyone throwing up on top of horrendous stomach pain. I do truly understand it was early in the day and if y’all were busy and a mistake could of happened, but the fact that all 5 of us got sick not more than an hour after eating there is not ok. I used to work in restaurant for years and know that is not normally. This is the second time we have eaten from here and tried to give it the benefit of the doubt but we will not be back. Really good food - really bad window service! The lady who took our order noted that we specifically asked for it 'to go' - but when the person at the pick up window delivered our order on paper trays he got all irritated when we said it was a 'to go', and literally said " next time you NEED to tell us" with a irate face! My husband corrected him and said it is on the receipt " to go" , but the person at the window just smirked and shut the window! Wow - needless to say his attitude needs to be different if he wants to serve at any of Kris' restaurants!! We have never experienced such poor service and it really put us off and made my husband mad. It would make us think twice before going back sadly!
