Very glad this place exists. All of the employees were talkative about their products and seemed to enjoy the tech that they sell. Impressive home theater options for a company of this size. What is on the floor is just a fraction of what they can do for you. During my recent visit, I purchased a car stereo setup. I wasn't happy with the sound and wanted much more out of the system. The manager , installer, and other store employees were extremely helpful and spent much time to ensure that I was satisfied. Anywhere else my options would have been rather limited or non existent.
Prices - honestly, sure there are some prices that are higher. I could easily find most of their products online for 10-20% cheaper. Considering that I can purchase and carry vs waiting for shipping or a sale at a box store, is a big deal. If I have a return, it's a simple drive to their store. If I have questions about setup, configuration or have issues, again a simple drive with people that have a pretty good understanding of the product overall.
The stuff they sell here isn't box store retail. If you want something in a box that does a grade C level of performance, go to best buy ..save a few $ and be happy with mediocrity. If you want to spend a few more $ to get something that is going to be much better in the long run, go here.
Other than xmas time, the times that I've been in this store, I have been able to be waited on within a minute or so from someone with answers. I didn't have to walk 1/4 a mile to find someone watching tv, ask questions, have them get someone that might know who is usually wearing a belt full of keys only to rush off to the next question or emergency (best buy/ hh gregg). When you ask someone a question here, they generally have a good set of answers and spend the time to make recommendations.
Choices. This place has the choices you need, and they are not going to push you toward something unless what you are describing is really what should be. IE: If you say you want a home theater setup, they are going to show you what you could do first (likely pricey), if you want better they will recommend 'more'. If you want rock bottom, they will also make recommendations in that line too without judging your decisions.
I see some of the negative reviews for this store and other stores and wonder why. I can only imagine that they are taking the initial recommendation and walking out without asking for more options. Be open with the salespeople with what you are looking for and they will steer you in the right direction at this store. If you dont say anything you wont get much back from them or any other person trying to help you find answers.
Just like anything else - do your own research on products to ensure they are proper for your needs; however, I highly recommend you stop by this store to garner a good learning experience and purchase good quality stuff.
Finally - just so everyone is aware. Many of the products sold at box stores are 'dumbed' down versions of what you would find at an authorized dealer. Just like Costco/Sams club may offer products that are far cheaper, there are things that are cut from the products to keep the prices low. We were told to bring car in and when we arrived the kid looked like he was stoned , could barley keep his eyes open and the guy who we went to told us when we walked in good luck trying to wake him up ??? ( 1st red flag ) then as we’re talking to him he starts talking bout European speakers and talked bout everything except my lights ? Never told us hey I’m busy and it would be weeks before I can do your 2 fog lights !! No he takes my car and keys and 2 weeks later I call him and asked what’s up with my car cause 2 weeks for 2 fog lights seemed excessive !? ! Find out he never touched my car and it sat in the parking lot for 2 weeks never touched !!! He then said that he was busy and had 43 cars to do that was already scheduled and that maybe he can look at it on a Sunday night after all his work is done !! He has the car already !! He then proceeded to bad mouth other establishments that actually do the work they said they would ! I asked other mechanics if this is normal and they all said he should of told us the wait time and never took my car ? Dan then said that I can come get my car and he’ll throw the keys in the gas cap? “”I don’t need a fog light job “”is his exact words !! He said I was trying to smear his name and that was his solution? Not to make it right after you lied and never mentioned you did nothing to my car in 2 weeks !!! This Dan guy is a joke and very unprofessional
We are extremely offended and just disappointed in the service or lack there of from the stereo shop
Advice is to stay away and take your car to a different location that will be professional and treat people with respect when they are clearly wrong

Upon the referral from a good friend, I contacted the Stereoshop to configure a system for us. We purchased and installed an Epson projector, screen, Yamaha A/V, screen, and Klipsch speakers for 5+1 Dolby sound. We also bought four theater room recliners.
We could not have been happier with the professionals that installed the system, including routing wires through some areas that amazed me. Over the years, we have had many compliments over the setup and the sound quality of our system.
The Stereoshop has been incredibly responsive to my needs, to the point of educating me to perform my own updates on our programmable remote control. We have drawn upon their products and expertise over the years, including an upgrade of our Epson projector.
