I’m very unhappy… I’ve had two unhappy experiences here, the first time I called before going and asked the owner Brian if he was able to help me with a ring I had, he ensured me that he’d be able to do it, i also made sure to add every detail in depth on what I wanted, I called both times before going because they are located 28 minutes from me and I was wanting to make sure they were able to help. I’ve only heard good things so I was willing to take the drive especially being that again I was told they could do the work. I arrive after being told they’d help me, just for brain to tell me he was sorry he couldn’t do what I asked. A waste of my time. I left it be.

I wanted to give them another change because they do have good reviews, the 2nd time again I called, and explained in great detail what I was wanting to sell, I’m unsure who I spoke with this time around, however they too ensured they buy antiques and were willing to buy my ring. I had taken in an authentic pink ruby and pearl ring 10k gold and the makers date of 1900-1910. I arrive only to have my time and gas wasted AGAIN I was told the price I was asking was very reasonable, however they don’t buy estate rings ( antique rings) the service I’ve received was nothing but a waste of my time, if you can’t do something just say that. Stop wasting people’s time to get them in your store, it’s wrong...

I came in with little to no knowledge on how the actual mass produced jewelry world worked. I came in trying to sell my 6 rings and necklace and bracelet hoping I could upgrade my 2 attempted wedding sets. They were very kind and mentioned the offer of a trade and then showed me multiple styles I mentioned were my favorite and then told me about the offers involved with each ring. Unfortunately, they did not have the ring I had in mind that I would love but I still got a TON of information regarding the offer process and what my rings and jewelry are actually worth. I was taken away and a little heart broken to know my husband and I paid SO MUCH in regards to how much the respected jewelry companies actually pay for these rings. I was noticeably saddened feeling I was wasting mine and their time with my high hopes, but the gentleman still offered to replace the missing diamond on my favorite ring out the bunch and clean it to add a smile back to my day. All he requested in return, was an honest review. And he even sat with me and we discussed more jewelry details to help me remain more informed. I can honestly say I have never been treated so well for doing nothing, even more when I paid for jewelry which is sad. I will be returning for my husbands resizing of his wedding band and to buy another anniversary band with FAIR prices! I have 8 more available...

Bring your phone and research the actual value for yourself. These guys are swindlers.

Prices are high compared to other stores Stopped in for a specific purchase, was told they could match the price i'd gotten at another shop. Tried to change me 1.5 times as much for 1/2 the value in product (& it really wasn't what id gone to the store for, i just didn't want to waste a 2.5hr trip). Will ba blatantly lie about the market price of gold & silver. Also the constant awkward cackling at everything from one of the associates will really get uncomfortable. I didn't tell a joke, she just makes a point to cackle as a response to everything & it makes her not seem trust worthy.

Don't bother emailing them for information. They don't provide any useful online service and will just try to get you to come to the store - even when they don't actually have it. It doesn't matter to them that you drove 2.5 hours for specific items & they'll try to rip you off price wise on stuff you don't really want.

Btw that 925 silver heart ring with the blue stone is literally $3 from the manufacturer on eBay....
