So I have spent a few thousand dollars at the Greenville game exchange.a few weeks ago I was in there and picked up a Nintendo 64 to show my fiance but by then he was done checking out.i put the system up on the shelf by the Wii games.later Shelby the mis manager had Zak an employee and friend call to c if we stole it.i have been sick with the flu so I didn't talk to him personally my fiance did.today my fiance went in there and he was told we r banned.now. We just payed 250.00 at the McKinney store to get a system and games since we moved.i do Kno w Shelby let's her boyfriend hang out all the time at the store and all the employees houses that I've been to have things that aren't paid for from the store. I do not appreciate our names being caught up in this mess.i have lots more to tell corporate about everyone including the manager if interested.i have no need to steal. We have spent major amounts of money at all stores.even though the Greenville game exchange is more expensive than the others.service also sucks at this one and no one including the manager even knows how to give back change.by the way Shelby,Abby Gabby ,whater your boyfriend is creepy.hevscares away customers plus that day he was right by me.i got sick and set the 64 down in the Wii aisle.why would I need to steal it.maybe check yourself or your employees.i feel like suing for defamation of character.i wish I hadn't spent any money there.as a matter of fact I bought 3 box sets that day with the discs already in one set.why not steal those.think about it shelby.you great...
Read moreThe best game store I've ever been to. All employees are pretty knowledgeable on the products they carry which is no small task considering the huge amount games and systems. Thanks for the awesome service. I've been going here since they opened! Revised: one year later. Staff isn't friendly, product knowledge is rare. It's a shame to see a once great store fall to pieces because the employees have no idea what they're doing. 7/30/21 around 8:30 and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. When I walked in she was on a personal phone call on a cell phone. I was Extremely patient with the associate but she seemed to not have any interest, in doing her job. The girl behind the counter clearly knew nothing about video games. Around 12 minutes to find the games and even refused to sell a PS2 game because it had "not for resale" on the front. Very dissatisfied with my trip unlikely to return anytime soon. I purchased two copy's of halo 2 a gamecube game and a playstation game. She over charged me twice and even decided to dispute her error with me after she said 42.50 it then went to 46.something And finally got the correct sales price at 38.00. I'd definitely clean house and get some associates who know the products in order to save this store. I don't see a future for this place if they don't get...
Read moreJust recently stumbled in here a few weeks ago and everything was pretty awesome. Great selection of things but while browsing through cards for a good while today I would hear the manager talk about working through breaks if they want, it will be deducted regardless. (Hinting at please give us free labor). Even saying he argued with a coworker about it. A guy asked if they were busy and the manager responded every day that ends in y. Now I get joking around but you cannot say things with a condescending tone. Then I hear him complain about how an injured employee can't work when all he needs is a warm body to sit. Even heard him say if he works over 38 hours, those hours disappear. I really like this place and someone needs to do something about him before he runs all the employees off. Even gamestop has a better atmosphere than what I walked into today. I walked out without buying anything when I came out of my way just to see what was new here with cash in hand. I was not the only one walking out empty handed either. I hate to even write this review as I don't want anyone to get in trouble or fired this day in age. I just want to see this place gain sales...
