I usually don't write reviews. That said, my experience with Jeff Lynch was so disappointing that I believe I need to share. A couple of years ago, we purchased a Kitchenaid dishwasher from Jeff Lynch. We were satisfied with delivery and installation and decided to go back to Jeff Lynch to buy a Bosch Washer and Dryer. The model we chose from the Bosch website was the top-of-the-line 800-series, each priced at $1,549.95. The top model is a condenser dryer, and the washer comes with Bosch's Aquastop feature, which stops the water flow in case of a leak, both features we liked.
Since we had high confidence in Jeff Lynch, we ordered by phone and made a deposit.
During delivery and installation, I noticed a dent in the Dryers' side panel. When I pointed it out, the delivery driver ignored me. Since they wore no masks during the delivery, I wanted them out of my house as quickly as possible, decided to let them go and contact the store instead. After they finished the installation, the driver showed me the OEM hoses which came with the washer. He told me that he had to install Jeff Lynch's Stainless Steel hoses and offered to leave the Bosch hoses. I pointed out that I purchased the washer because of the Aquastop feature and instructed him to change them. Later I found out that Jeff Lynch had charged me $22 for the 2 Stainless Steel hoses.
Once the installation crew had left, we decided to try the new machines. To our surprise, the washer had a deep cut on the top panel, which continued right across the top of the control panel. The crew never pointed this out to me. Jeff Lynch informed me that, based on Covid-19, they would not exchange the machines but repair them. This "Covid19 Policy" wasn't published on their website, and a written policy didn't exist. I spent over $3,000 on these machines and, I expressed my disappointment about the repair offer. I suggested reducing the price or provide an extended warranty, a $200 value per machine. The salesperson rejected both proposals. Our old washer and dryer were already disposed of by Jeff Lynch, so we got stuck with no recourse, except an elaborate repair, which concerned us.
We decided to use the machines. While the dryer ran, we wondered how often we would have to empty the condenser tank. To our surprise, we found out that there is a hose that disposes of the condensed water and found out that the installation crew had stuck the hose into the dryer vent. I contacted Jeff Lynch again. Jeff Lynch confirmed that this was the correct way of installing a condenser dryer. The Bosch manual clearly shows that it is supposed to drain into an external drain.
After this embarrassing episode, I received a voice mail from a manager offering $150 Manufacturers Credit per machine. When I called back to discuss the offer, another manager answered the phone, told me he would help me, but never contacted me again. It has been almost 2 weeks now, and I think that based on other reviewers' feedback, I will never hear from Jeff Lynch again.
Unfortunately, I never looked at the feedback on Yelp, and the myriad of 1-Star-Reviews, before I spent my money with Jeff Lynch. I'll go ahead and inform Bosch about the performance of their Greenville distributor.

   Read moreThanks Jeff Lynch Appliance and Furniture! Thanks for making our move into a new house... a fabulous, beautiful new home. We purchased a LG bottom freezer/top full door refrigerator. (the delivery guys moved old fridge into our garage) We also ordered a Craftmaster sofa, chair & a half (which I call a 'chofa' cuz of the half extra length to the chair) and matching ottoman. I was thunderstruck by the Amish dining rm table, 6 chairs and buffet. So, had to get that! It is stunning, a must see in store! Then a month later placed an order for a tv credenza. Note: all the furniture was special order and had 12 wk delivery time, but soooo worth the wait. The liv rm furn arrived 6 wks early and the din rm and TV stand was delivered exactly on time. I also bought straight from the showroom a accent pillow and 2 very unique teak wood spheres (they look just like Fred & Barney's bowling balls, see pics), I ordered 2 custom pillows, which arrived within 12 wk time frame along with the credenza. My only complaints... The fridge door was damaged twice, but all 3xs a tech came out and replaced btm door, no problem cuz we weren't living in house yet anyway. Tip for JLA&F... Don't ship any appliances or furniture with any outer hardware affixed to product/item! But hey, that's just something I would adhere properly after delivery, after setup. I say that because the fridge handle and 5 of the 8 feet/legs for the Craftmaster furn was all damaged and repair takes a good while to get em out there. It looks bad on y'all, on JL cuz the custom stuff gets torn up pretty bad when shipping. But again, no worries a guy came out SEVERAL wks later to replace all the damaged pcs to the liv rm furn. But that's just another reason to simply leave OFF the external pcs until setup in home, you don't have to keep paying repair ppl. The Amish dining rm table, chairs and buffet is amazing!!! Impressive, beyond beautiful! Delivery ppl were very thorough, careful, (except for the first scratch) and courteous. A serious scratch was made by delivery guys when using a hand truck upon moving old fridge to garage and a very large scratch hapd from an exposed screw on one of the back legs of sofa. Documented it all on cell. Again, could've been avoided possibly if ext parts get placed on last min. I've tried numerous times, over 6 wks time period, to get floor repair guy to simply contact me, but so far, NOTHING!!!! Hopefully someone will call and setup time to repair my hardwood floors, please, I know Chris is tired of hearing from me and I'm tired of continually calling!    Read moreApril 2025 NEW REVIEW: My husband & I just purchased a new refrigerator from Jeff Lynch. I am STILL giving them 5 stars for service & delivery. I was happy for Ben when he retired, but sad for us since he had been our go-to salesman since 2010. I was fortunate enough to receive help from Jacob (aka Stretch). I really didn't think we could ever find another salesperson at Jeff Lynch who could live up to the service we received from Ben. HOWEVER, Jacob was truly wonderful! I went in being fairly sure I knew what I wanted, but Jacob still took the time to answer questions I had about a couple of other brands. He called as soon as our appliance came in and set up prompt delivery. As the need arises, we will continue to look for help from Jacob. Now, the delivery, as usual, was also great. Tim & Patrick were very careful (doors, floors, & walls) taking out our old refrigerator and bringing in the new one. They were friendly and respectful. They gave me information about our refrigerator and answered my questions. I truly appreciate Jacob, Tim, & Patrick, and all at Jeff Lynch who are always there to help us with the products & services we need. Thank you!!!
I love Jeff Lynch! We recently received a freezer we purchased from them. The service is always great. The delivery personnel are always friendly, efficient, and careful about your floors and walls, etc. The most recent delivery guys we had were Allen & Tevin. As mentioned above, they were friendly, efficient, and careful with our delivery. We have purchased furniture, televisions, and all of our kitchen appliances from Jeff Lynch. We have been working with Ben Mack since 2010 and he never disappoints. He is the most courteous, friendly, accommodating, easy-going sales person we have ever dealt with. He is also great on follow-up and ensuring the satisfaction of his customers.
