Sprouts Playground & Studio — Attraction in Greenville

I've taken my toddler here to play a handful of times, and I've always been so impressed with the cleanliness and the sweet staff members ready to help in whatever way they can. We decided to have our girl's 2nd birthday party here, and the day could not have been more perfect. The staff members were extremely helpful in making sure that we had everything that we needed. They were ready to help as soon as we walked in to set up, they were right there ready to help during the party, and even during the clean up. The schedule of events couldn't have been more perfect. Play time was for a hour and 15 minutes, and the last 45 minutes was dedicated to the party room for pizza and drinks. Sprouts took care of ordering all of the pizzas and even providing drinks!! The kids were allowed to run and play, while the parents were able to talk amongst each other without having to worry too hard about making sure every kid was safe. The layout of the indoor playground is so spacious and open - so it is easy to have eyes on your child at all times. I will always recommend Sprouts to anyone looking to entertain their children in a safe, clean and fun...

Really wanted to like this place but we paid $15 per child ($30 total )for a 75 min play time. When we arrived the girl told us that because we had the last reserved spot of the day we needed to leave at the 1 hour mark because they needed time to clean and sanitize everything. So we were asked to leave at 5:30 when we paid until 5:45. It says on the door that they close at 6:00 p.m. The employee locked the door right behind us. I asked her why we were not told when we reserved the spot that it would be a different play time and she said she would have to look but never followed up with us and was instead behind the counter on her cell phone the entire time. She started cleaning with strong smelling chemicals before we were even done with our hour of playtime. This is something that I did not appreciate since I am pregnant. If these are the rules, that should have been told to us when we reserved our spot, or our playtime should have been credited back or applied to another playtime. Will not be spending our...

We started going to Sprouts a little over a month ago and I have nothing but great things to say. The staff is courteous, kind, and often actively engages with the kids during slower times. They sanitize between each session and reset the play area which I appreciate, especially since they serve younger children and it’s flu/cold season! Our little girl is 18 months old but isn’t standing or walking yet and having a safe place we can take her that isn’t overcrowded or overrun by big kids is important to us. I also think that as she grows she will really come to love the big slides and the digital room. In the digital room they have a projector that projects games directly onto the floor. You can switch up the games using the remote on the wall. I must admit my husband and I had fun with that 😂
