Very poor customer experience here. I dropped my phone off and was told it would be ready in about 3 hours. I was fine with that. They were to fix the front screen on my Samsung device. After more than 3 hours my spouse goes into the store to see if it is ready and was told to come back in 30-45 minutes, so he does and is told the same thing again. Given no reason at all as to what the hold up is, poor communication. I dropped my phone off at 10 a.m. which is when they open and picked my still broke phone up at 6:50 p.m. Had I not asked the explanation why my phone was not fixed they would have not ever told me. I feel sorry for the nice guy they sent out to give me my phone. I was looking to buy a case, not one for my Samsung Galaxy 9+, a screen protector and they did not have that either, and had a wireless charger in tow but put it back upon receiving my still broke phone. The biggest issue I had here was the poor communication. Had I been told that 3 hours in to fixing my phone that it would not pass due to water resistant test I would have understood. I was told nothing and only left in the dark. On top of that you cracked the glass on the back of the phone repairing the glass on the front of the phone. No matter what I was doing with the broke device afterwards the back glass on the phone that was given to you unbroken and in great condition should not have been given back to me cracked and damaged which is excellent reasoning for it not passing water resistant testing. Why on earth Asurion has you as a professional business that fixes phones is beyond my me. I will be reporting this to them. Communication was terrible, you broke more than you fixed so you really do not know what you are doing, and just a piece of advice get another number from your customers that they could possibly be reached at so you can touch base with them about their phone and not leave them in the dark...

Customer service is even a bigger joke and they don’t hold any standards for the material they use and they don’t offer warranty’s on the repairs they do - even when they are terrible repairs at no fault of your own. You certainly get what you pay for with this company, that’s all I’m saying!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! Scam of a business. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I had my iPhone fixed around 1 month ago because the back glass had shattered from dropping my phone without a case on it. When I picked up my phone the following day I was told the new material on the back of my phone was a great material and harder to break because it was not made of glass but to be extra safe I decided to purchase a phone case from this company as well. However, today I dropped my phone on GRASS - not even on the concrete or the sidewalk - but on grass with the case I bought from them on and the back of my phone cracked in a few places. I immediately called the store and they said they would try to work with me because the phone had just been repaired within the month. After work, I went straight to the store where I was told I had no warranty on the previous repair I had done and they couldn’t do anything to help me unless I paid $150 again.. which why would I do that when their materials suck. It’s honestly true that you get what you pay for! There’s absolutely no reason my phone should have cracked this soon, especially falling on grass, with a case on it that I purchased from them. Read moreOver the past few years I've had a number of phone issues, the majority of which can be traced back to a toddler's penchant for dropping things (if you're a parent... you know what I mean). Whenever I've brought my phone in the folks here have always been kind, courteous and expedient. Although, of course, no one likes having to pay for a new screen, it's better than having to buy a new phone - and with at least two of our repairs it included a fresh battery, ultimately extending the life of the phone.
More recently, I've been having issues with the new G-flip phones from Samsung. As an aside, these are incredible tech, but buggy - had screens go out three times (one of these was user error - see above toddler comment, the other two were just.. opening the phone and suddenly the screen had a line down the middle/stopped responding). The folks here worked to help diagnose the issue, determine if it was warranty covered and fixed the phone in a very short time frame.
Whenever I go here, I know I'm in good hands. The owner, in particular, always has a great attitude, a smile on his face, and is willing to work to find the best solution. They are firm on what they can and can't do - and I appreciate that: I feel respected when I come in with questions, and genuinely trust that they are providing the best service possible, while also letting me know what is not within their scope.
