Never have I ever received treatment like this before. Anyone who knows me knows. I am very kind and very respectful. I go off someone's word until their word proves to be inconsistent. Sometimes people are nasty and rude because someone didn't love them. Whatever the reason, please don't waste your time here. I was told different reasons and waited 7 weeks for my furniture. One reason was there was a shortage of the fabric. I was told 2-3 weeks, then I began calling and asking. I was never rude, that's just not me. I never said anything out of the way. I just asked when I could expect my furniture. I called 2 times and stopped by once. On my last call I was hung up on and was told, Sherena don't do this. After that I decided to contact the manufacturer myself and ask when it would be shipped. Well the lady told me it was backordered and had been backordered for quite some time then directed me to the section where things were in stock. I thanked her and she just hung up. Then Mr. Larry calls me and refunds my money. Didn't give me an opportunity to speak. He was extremely mad and blatantly lied and told me he had told me the furniture was backordered, which he didn't. We asked one question and he snapped " Why are you asking so many questions?" His reply was you should know the answer. Well Larry if we knew the answer we would not have asked the question!! As a customer it's our right to ask a question about the truck. I needed a truck and this was the only location that stayed open late....as visitors from another state we received no hospitality. I am sure our skin color played a role in how we was treated because I felt like we was in a time capsule 1960 deep south !
