Office Depot — Attraction in Greenwood

The office manager Sheila, She was nice however, I was there Friday with My Mom and I want to get some business cards she told me, I told her I'd come back Monday or Tuesday she said it'd be 14.99 for 150 cards and right now they have an inside coupon 50% off.. When I got there they Said it Expired Sunday!!! So they Didn't make Good on what they Told Me.. They Gave me Another little discount but, Nothing like We agreed to originally!!!!! To me it feels like they're manger and they didn't specify they should make Good on what they told me a Customer.....! Came back on Monday of this week to get my business cards that they remade twice the first time there wasn't even enough ink because they're probably not changing ink cartridges or whatever and the card was faded then they made some more for me and then they tried to charge me Extra Money at the Counter for the Next Cards they made because they Screwed up the first set their cards. Are Not Too Professional & The Money they're trying to Charge with some young girl that needs some direction & help ... We got Two Manager's there and Neither one of them Intervened and Took Care of that problem probably won't be coming back for business...

Soooo i place an online order for my foodtruck menu (I use Their print services often). On this particular day, i go it to pickup my order that was guaranteed in 24 Hrs, and it is still not done. They cant figure out how to laminate my menu, and they are constantly looking at me...but not communicating with me about the issues. The manager never addressed me once, and seemed ticked that he had to move from his chair to help fix the lamination machine. CORPORATE: At one pint during my visit...please look at the cameras..at 4:30pm the associates screwed up another customers folding order...she had to go behind the counter to show them how to use the machine. I am highly dissatisfied....and hope a member of corp can reach out to me so i can provide furthet details...but I almost want to not give you my business anymore due to the severe unprofessionalism i had to witness today. I wish i could give...

Stopped in to print and scan some documents to email. Both machines jammed multiple times. I politely asked the woman behind the counter for assistance. She was clearly annoyed, never spoke a single word, only retrieved my wrinkled document from the jammed printer, handed it to me and went back behind the counter. There were two other female employees at the cash register having a conversation as there were no other customers in the store. I asked them for assistance and they also very plainly were annoyed by the interruption. None of these employees offered to help the situation in any way. It is clear that this location is not customer service oriented and the staff is rude. Do not go here. Go to FedEx Office just north on US 31. The staff there was very friendly and even commented that they get a lot of business from people that have had a bad experience at this...
