I recently had the pleasure of visiting Professional Smoke Greenwood, and I can’t say enough good things about this fantastic cigar bar! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel right at home. Drake, in particular, was exceptional; he treated me like a friend from the very start, making my experience all the more enjoyable.

I've interacted with the owners at various events, and their warmth and hospitality shine through every time. They create an inviting atmosphere that keeps me coming back week after week. I highly recommend the membership — it provides amazing value and gives you plenty of reasons to visit regularly with the variety of activities they host.

Drake’s cocktails are truly a highlight! I've had guests from out of town rave about them, and they’re already planning their return visits just to enjoy the drinks and the welcoming vibe of the lounge.

The atmosphere is laid-back yet upscale, making it an ideal spot to relax after a long day or spend a casual evening with friends.

But what truly made the experience unforgettable was our server, Drake. His exceptional service, attention to detail, and friendly personality elevated the entire night. He knew exactly when to check in without hovering, gave fantastic recommendations, and made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Mixed drinks were very good, highly recommended, however the rest of the experience isn't the greatest. I went on a Friday night with a total of 6 customers including my group of 4 and it was very smokey in there. Yes, it's a cigar bar, but it was a bit excessive. The bartender was good and brought our drinks to our seating area. The biggest downside -- the venue. It's just a shotgun suite with two large TVs on the wall and some seating.
