Update: It's been 8 months since I joined 3-46 GRIT and it gets better each day. I feel 3-46 GRIT is my second home. Life is stressful these days; work of course, shopping at Costco, driving and so on; but all the stress seems to magically disappear as soon as I walk into 3-46 GRIT and see my coaches and my people!
3-46 GRIT is a happy place, everyone is ALWAYS happy to be there. We all have the same goal, go through the same emotions, suffer through the same pain, and at the end of class we all feel accomplished, not individually, but as a whole!
Most importantly we all go home happier than when we walk into class one hour prior :) Thank you coaches and fellow member, you guys are all amazing 🧡 I have joined so many gyms but this will be my last one ❤️
I have taken most of my classes at 3-46 GRIT Crossfit with Chausse and Randy. They are both very passionate about fitness and have great communication skills. They know what works best for you may not work for another. They listen to your body and work well with your previous injuries, modifications!!
Chausse and Randy are very approachable and I don't feel hesitated to ask questions.
Lastly, the coaches' positive attitude is definitely contagious, I always see them show their passion for fitness and motivation in their every breath during every session, which is what you need to give you the motivation. 3-46 GRIT Crossfit is a place I can my "Home...
Read moreI had never done CrossFit before, but wanting to get back into a good fitness routine after getting off track for a couple years in grad school, I decided to try it out when a friend of mine invited me to class with her at 3-46 Grit a few months ago. I'm so glad I did! This gym is amazing! The workouts are challenging, but totally modifiable to all fitness levels which I really appreciate. The best part of this gym are the coaches and the community. Everybody is so welcoming and friendly! At the core of what makes this gym so great, are the owners, Chausse and Randy. These are two of the nicest people I've ever met. They take the time to show you proper form and technique, and really encourage and motivate you to push yourself to do your best. In addition, even though I hadn't been a member there for very long, Chausse and Randy bought me a beautiful house plant and gave me a card when my dad unexpectedly passed away Labor Day weekend. It meant so much to me. They truly care about you as a person. I really can't say enough great things about this place! I can feel myself getting stronger each time I go in and know I will continue to see progress as my CrossFit journey continues. Thank you,...
Read moreI joined Grit about 3 months ago, and in that time I have been blown away by the culture of this place. I coached at a gym in a different town for about 4 years before moving to Gresham, and honestly I was a bit hesitant to try somewhere new because my old gym held such a special place in my heart. I had done CrossFit off and on for about 6 years, so I had a good idea of what to expect out of the workouts. However, the welcome I was shown far exceeded my expectations. Everyone I have met has been encouraging and pushed me in friendly competition. Coaches are proficient in helping each member scale workouts to a safe, appropriate level. The gym hugely supports its members who chose to compete. There are fun events EVERY month. And to top it off, a group of people (that I've only know for 3 months) offered to drop off meals for my wife and I once our baby is born this month. Just because they are genuinely thoughtful. I've received a personal email from the owners checking in on my experience each month so far. If community is at all a factor in your decision to join a gym, don't miss...
