Barista by the name of Hope is extremely rude. I went through drive through and ordered a few drinks. Must have been having a very rough day because her attitude toward customers is completely out of line and uncalled for. While ordering our drinks she was not paying attention and we kept having to repeat the order. Once we pulled up to the window the order was completely wrong and the extras that we had been charged for like extra caramel drip got charged but did not get added to our drinks. When I stated the error she gave me attitude saying we didnât clarify enough. Although the order details were repeated by her several times after placing the order. At the window when we asked for the correction she got argumentative and said the drinks come as they are and there are recipe cards she could show me. When she handed me the drinks they were not filled to the top where they normally are. The drinks were filled at half way. I asked for the full amount that I normally get. She dismissed me and told me to âgo have a better dayâ this statement was not necessary. She knew I did not have a great experience because I stated it to her. She told me I could reach out to manager because it wasnât her issue. I refuse to come into this location. I hope you train your employees better. Please get rid of the unhappy ones. No one is pressuring them to work if they do not want...
Read moreThe customer service was good at the register. When I had to ask at the handoff plane for my no foam drink to have foam removed, I was "schooled." I worked at Starbucks for 12 years. I know what a cup feels like when it has foam and when it doesn't. My no foam chai tea latte felt like a cappuccino. The barista who took it from me to fix it started talking about how milk foams up after they finish with it, but as she talked she scooped probably more than a third of the cup out because it was foam. That's laziness in how you steam the milk - when you know a drink is no foam, there's a way to stream the milk so it creates less foam. And then you have to exhibit patience in how you pour the milk and let the cup sit for a few seconds so you can scoop any rising foam off before handing it out to the customer. When the barista who was "fixing" my drink filled my cup with milk, so totally lost the balance of chai tea, water, and milk. It became a cup of milk. I don't think there was ever water in the cup. It tasted so bad. When she scooped that much foam out, she needed to just start the drink over.
And the restrooms were disgusting. I sat at this Starbucks for four hours and used the bathroom twice, once when I got there and once when I left. They were never cleaned during that time. C'mon,...
