The first time we got food from here it was great food at a great value, but we will never visit this location or chain again. Their employee went above and beyond to be rude and sarcastic. When placing the order on the phone he repeated back the wrong order multiple times. I should have taken the time to check the order before taking out to to go boxes.
The person who took our order over the phone interrupted my wife repeatedly and repeated back the wrong items repeatedly. Eventually he repeated the order back correctly, to make sure it was correct after some unprofessional comments and attitude. It was a small and simple order with no special requests.
When calling back to ask what we could do to correct the order he argued and said we didn't order any of the items I heard my wife request clearly multiple times when placing the order. He said it was our fault for not ordering those items I heard him repeat back. Their employee was extremely rude and argued that we asked for items we never asked for. He then proceeded to call me a "dumb n*gger" then hung up on me. I called back for the manager then he hung up on me again. The 4th call he handed me to the manager and his only response was I am sorry, but that's what he put down for your order and refused to attempt to make ANY corrections. Read moreThis place is absolutely horrible. I was never greeted when I came in and the cashier seemed very mute when I approached her to place my order. I understand people have their bad days in the food industry, but this first impression is one that determined whether or not I would visit in the future.
The cashier was extremely rude, did not give eye contact and made me feel like customer service wasn't important to her. Meanwhile there is another employee right next to the cashier with her face planted in her phone, which in my opinion, is very unprofessional.
I walked away from the situation and waited from afar because to me it just ignites a flame within when I come to spend money some where and they treat you like you mean nothing to them and they are just "there to work" and not their to provide service.
Lastly as I was waiting for my order there was a couple to the left of me waiting for their food as well. The employee who brought the food out to them bascially slammed the plate down and made others stare in that direction. Had the employee did it any harder the food would have went flying into the wall.
I will never come back here and would advise the owners to look into this matter. Have someone go in uncover and reveal what is really going on in your business and what could ultimately cost you in the end. You are loosing customers because of the actions of...

Updating this... tried again tonight after not being in for a while nothings changed. The examples in 9ne visit: Cashier warned the lady in front of me that they shut the lights at 8:30 for on-site dinning and that they would have to hurry... it was 8:00 I asked to change the chicken katsu in the chicken and chicken katsu.. to the chicken curry katsu. This means they would have to throw in a side of cure sauce instead of the other sauce.... THEY SAID NO... really not even for a fee... way to take care of your customer. After waiting 22 min.. yes I ordered at 8:00 and at 8:22 I went to the counter and the girl looks at me and goes... "oops yours has been done for a while" and then grabs the bag off the counter.
