My neighbor and I went for coffee (and breakfast) when our power was out due to a storm. The coffee was warm and we were very pleasantly surprised to be provided our own carafe. My neighbor had one of the egg combination breakfasts (one of the 55+ ones) and she was very happy with it. I ordered the eggs Benedict and was disappointed. The hash browns were only OK; the eggs were properly done and the English muffin and slice of meat were fine, but the so-called Hollandaise was awful. The "sauce" was the wrong color (a bad pale yellow), the wrong texture (flat, rather than glossy, and visibly grainy), the wrong taste (drab, at best) and the wrong temperature (warm, not hot). I don't think the dish had been sitting long after being prepared but it looked as though it had. (I didn't think to take a photo until I had eaten half of it ... but it looked the same when it was first served). Whoever thought this adulteration of a fine sauce was acceptable and the person who approved it should both have been fired. The service was very good.

Since when do you have to ask for CRACKED Eggs? My husband ordered scrambled eggs and he got that liquid eggs that comes in carton that has all them added chemicals for preserving them. There wasn't any salt or pepper on the table. We had to ask for it. When I asked for some salt and pepper they only gave us one salt and one pepper in tiny drive thru packages. The hash browns were the smallest portion size we have ever received. They were the size of the palm of my hand and see through. When we went to pay our check we asked about the eggs because we saw real eggs on someone else plate. The waitress said to ask for CRACKED EGGS next time we come. I don't know if we will ever go back to this restaurant again. The receipt was printed out and it didn't have a detailed of what we ordered, only the amount owed. It seemed like it was way to high for what we ordered.

This was my first time going out to a restaurant since CoVid closures. It was a very good experience. Took my son out for breakfast. He ordered the Waffles and Chicken (he is 5) and I order the Poblano Pepper Omelette and substituted for chocolate chocolate chip pancakes for my side. Both of us had a large OJ with our meals. Total with tip was about $34.00. This really want bad, considering we brought home enough left overs (pancakes, part of the omelette, and some of his chicken) for dinner for him and I (as well as his sister and my Mom). They clean and disinfect the tables and booths/chairs EXTREMELY well between customers. Staff were all professional and wore their masks properly. I would definitely feel safe going back here to eat! Bonus kids eat free, with purchase of an adult entree EVERYDAY between 4-10 pm. (1 kids meal per an adult entree).

Came in half of IHOP was closed. Had to put together our own table for decent-sized group. Was not given any menus or silverware. Got a new waitress who didn't speak barely any English. We asked for drinks took about 20 minutes to get them ask for water's got them at the end of our meal. We ordered food and my friend got a strawberry crepe which they never brought and then when they did bring it but it was raspberry so she asked them to take it back cuz she wanted strawberry. Then they brought the same raspberry one back after 15 minutes she sent it back and said no she wanted a strawberry crepes. Then our waitress brought us a bowl of strawberries and we sent that back and then she finally got her crepe at the very end of the meal she also got a kid's meal never even received the kids meal till the end of our meal and then randomly they brought another kids meal the same one but made the wrong way. We didn't really care about the second meal just mainly annoyed that the toddler had to snack off of food he didnt like because the cooks and waitresses can't do there job right. Then ask see a manager but the waitress told us both of their managers were to busy and couldn't be bothered, we said no we will wait until a manager is available. We ended up having the hostess pretty much be our waitress who was amazing and her name was Caden we gave her a $10 tip because she was more helpful within the 10 minutes of us talking to her then our whole our experience here. I don't think I've ever seen a business run so poorly. Another waitresses who actually spoke English was telling us how other waitresses and Cooks don't really care about their customers and don't take their job seriously like some of them do. I'm pretty baffled how out experience went. Got our bill it was 80.00 they had random food on there that wasn't ours that we did not order. They didn't take off her child's food after waiting for an hour also same thing with the crape as well. They look our drinks off of our bills which was it. I myself had to sit in car because if I would have stayed in there it would have been super upset and probably get kicked out for how the managers and staff treated us and there customers. Clearly needs better management and some...

I would avoid going to this location. Service is terrible. Watched whom was supposed to be our server help tables around us all while we were seated without getting waters or asked what we would like to drink. 15 minutes goes by and we are about to stand up and leave. Thankfully Erin came to the rescue and quickly grabbed our drink order and gave us the attention we deserved. Food came out fairly quick and was to par. Let's talk about cleanliness. . . .or lack there of. The syrup area was filthy and not like the people before us spilled some syrup. More like someone spilled syrup a week ago and the dust had settled and caked onto the handles and the wall they were up against. Not something I wanted to touch and than proceed to eat my food. Behind my friend there was a series of cave drawing on the window......with snot circles and boogers for me to stare at while I ate my food. Now the crowding. I can understand a busy Saturday early afternoon and waiting for a table but as I looked around I saw 5 booths open....and 5 parties of 3-4 waiting to be seated. When we were approached with our party size we said 3 and that we could take the booth somewhat close to the door no problem. The hostess Cheyenne looked at us and with a snooty tone told us everyone wanted a booth but none of them were wiped down. That brings my attention to where we were seated and how filthy it was. After sitting down the party next to us was way to close to us. Our tables were so packed together that when they had to use the restroom they had to turn sideways and squeeze between our tables to get out. They were not hefty customers either. They would get up and turn sideways to where their tshirt would drag across my table and it wasnt their fault whatsoever. In conclusion I will not be returning to this location ever again and I honestly tell every person I know to avoid it. Judging by other reviews customers are complaining about the same thing, bad service. Again I would recommend avoiding...

My husband and I wanted to split a ham and cheese omelet, something we do periodically. I'm not sure if they're trying to conserve ingredients for financial reasons or the cook was just stingy with the ham and cheese. The omelet alot of egg with the smallest amount of cheese and a few small pieces of ham. The meal came with hashbrowns but the portion was half the size we are accustom to. This entre no longer comes with toast, so we paid $4.50 for 2 pieces of toast. The service was ok, until we tried to pay for our meal. We went up front thinking there would be a register to pay at. There was not, however, we handed a waitress the cash to pay for the meal. She took the cash back to wherever they take their cash to. I went to the car to wait while my husband waited for his change. Five minutes later, someone came out to ask my husband if he needed to be seated. Of course he explained to the individual that he was waiting for his change. This person went back to the back room, let the waitress know he was waiting for change. Several minutes later, the waitress came out with his change. Being tired of waiting, my husband took the change and went out to the car. When he counted the change, it was a dollar short. Ok, a dollar short is not a huge deal, but when you add up all these small/petty annoyances together, it makes for a very disappointing dining experience. We have eaten at IHOP's for years, when we travel we eat at IHOP's in other cities and have not been to another IHOP that is as disappointing as this location. If you have a choice, I would suggest finding another place to spend your hard...
