Dear [Customer Service / Manager],
I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had at the American Eagle ride around 7:30 PM (tonight)
I was asked to get off the ride after a group of kids falsely claimed I had taken their seat. The employee involved was not present during the situation and made the decision based only on what he was told, without verifying the facts or asking for my side.
Before he left or switched shifts, he also asked my daughter to get off the ride so he could check her height—despite the fact that he had already seen she was tall enough.

Read moreI feel bad for this coaster, it’s gotten so much more bumpy. The condition has the coaster in its last leg. The red side won’t even operate anymore, that’s how bad it’s gotten.. it also has so many brakes now because of how the stress is coming. Get your last rides 2023 is it’s last season for good. I first rode it in 2019 and it was amazing. It didn’t duel but the trains were pretty close to each other anyway. Intamin made a wooden coaster which surprised me. Sadly the time has come for its final rides. Get them now or next season before...
