I want to give this restaurant kudos for working through a very difficult Father’s Day crowd. The number of people coming in and even waiting for a table was amazing! We got seated right away since we arrived early although we did get caught in the backup in the kitchen and had to wait a decent time for a food. Given it was a holiday and very busy we gave the place the benefit of the doubt knowing they were doing everything they could. Our waitress, Tashi, came around frequently to make sure we were doing okay and apologized for a wait. They gave us two pieces of pound cake for the table while we waited which was a good sign that they were aware of the backup and doing everything they could. If anyone didn’t stay for the wait for a table or left before getting their food, I hope they will give this place another shot. They are dedicated and I’m sure will reevaluate how to make the next holiday run smoother. The fact they’re still relatively new, working with a full restaurant (following the state opening) for the first time, and still had the crowd they did then this is not a place to sleep on! Plus the coffee is...
Read moreOrdered my hot coffee with almond milk, when the worker was serving it she said the iced coffee for someone else in my table had the almond milk. I corrected her and said the hot coffee is the one with the almond milk and she seemed confused saying the iced coffee one did. She ended up saying that yes the hot coffee has the almond milk??? I do not believe it had almond milk, as my stomach ended up hurting very badly once I left and other side effects. I had a feeling it wasn’t as it didn’t taste like almond milk but I decided to trust her. I drink coffee ritually and never have stomach problems with it when i drink it with non dairy milk so this is why I believe the drink was messed up. Not to mention she spilled a decent amount of the hot coffee while serving it and handed it to me still even though the plate under the cup had the spilled liquid everywhere. Maybe just a bad day I get it but workers need to be more careful.
Update: i believe it was the eggs as well as someone commented before the eggs gave them diarrhea. My friend who also had the eggs started having side...
Read moreI really wanted to like this place. I came with my 9 year old. We sat down, water came quick, but the waiter took a bit. I know it was a Saturday about 10 am.. The waiter came and took our drink order and asked if we were ready to order food.. we did. But when asking if they sell crepes ala carte, he said yes and proceeded to ask if we wanted a half order as my daughter wouldn’t finish the entire order. So she took the half order and then wanted a side of bacon. At this point I feel he should have mentioned that it would cost me bout $1 more to get the combo and crepes to get more food and possibly have a to go portion. I feel they should mention what makes sense and get the best bang for your buck. I have added pictures to better explain what I’m saying. During our breakfast no one came to ask how we were doing, if we needed anything or wanted anything. They picked up our plates, I paid from the receipt. And we left. My chilaquiles were good but my girl said the crepes tasted like metal..only ate on from the...
