Johnny Rockets — Restaurant in Gurnee

This location, by the Eagle is not what you expect from this chain. Took us over 10 minutes for 2 milk shakes( recd @ 17:41). The Supervisor Shami and the order runner ignored us, standing there with our cups waiting to be filled. I went so far as to hold my cups up in the air so it was hard to miss we were waiting. The worst aspect was a girl that was coming off break tried to sneak past but came within ear shot, and we stopped her to fill out the order. She rushed through it, dropped the cups on the counter to run in the back, but we notified her she was missing the topping whipped cream and cherry... she leared at me, huffed, and then finished. Go to the location in Orleans because they care, unlike this one.... doesn't matter if they are slow or busy, service is terrible and not worth the wait or spending...

Waited 30 min for food which honestly didn't bother me that much. But when I got the food I couldn't help but be extremely disappointed. The beef had the texture of a week old hamburger that was reheated. On top of that it tastesed almost identical to a TV dinner salsberry steak. I payed $56 for 2 burgers an order of fries and 2 shakes. I didn't give it one star because the shakes, special sauce, and brioche bun was fantastic. Overall it was a waste of money and good...

Was over crowded at 2pm on a Thursday I was given incorrect change and refused my correct change I paid 16$ for a combo that doesn't come with a drink of course the drink is an extra 5$ even for the kids size. My fries were under cooled and soft. I had to repeat my drink several times to the foreign employee. Spoons are an extra dollar this place was a total rip off really good...
