Five Below — Attraction in Gurnee

Worst management team I have ever seen in retail. They treat their employees like slaves. I have witnessed them screaming at employees for absolutely no reason. When I tried asking what is going on, they started yelling at me and asked me to get out and to mind my own business. This little punk kid is named Josh. If corporate ever reads this, they need to replace the whole management team.

Just to make a correction. The name of the manager is Jason. I went back to the store and asked them who is the store manager, and they pointed a finger at this guy and said that he is in charge. His name is Jason. Now I'm not sure what kind of store management is here because I know he is not the store manager. I truly wish their corporate reads these reviews, as their management team...

You get what you pay for so don't come in here thinking items for normally $20 will be available and at a price of $5 or less. I was impressed with the store. With two grand boys I can see this is a place that I'd want them to experience, especially as tough as they can be on cheap balls. I will be back again and want to thank the staff for being courteous and patient. If I was to fix/change one thing it would be: if you want to offer hand sanitizer to customers, make sure the bottles are filled. I went through the store at 2:30pm on a weekday (Wednesday) and each of the three bottles of sanitizer were empty both when I came in the store and 15 minutes later when I was leaving. ...

This place could have earned 5 stars. One and only clerk was very nice and polite. Why not? Well, scanner rather a scammer, would t scan properly, all prices were mixed and the coin slot were not accepting for a couple of minutes suddenly it did only to have "swallowed" all my coins. As I put my bills it took them but didnt took in account my change! So seemed I gave over two dollars in change. So yeah, clerk was so busy with other people we got tired of waiting of waiting on her and we left. When we returned about two hours later she was totally rude. And we left. It's not about the change but seems people forgot they have a job thanks to the customers. Also they forget...
