Meh. I wish I could give this place a better review and $37 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure is the price to beat in these parts but... They really DO have a hard time matching up their gel colors with their regular polish. We were BOTH looking for colors and had a hard time. They use sterile equipment and personal one time use of materials for each client which is a BIG plus. But the owner of the salon was very loud and rude (I feel) to another customer. The owner had told the customer very loudly and several times that they don't use razors and she needs to go to a podiatrist to get all that dry skin off. I didn't know if the customer was embarrassed, but I was for her! My manicurist, Sonia (I think her name was - short Bob haircut with bangs) did just an okay job. Initially, she barely made an effort in getting all the excess skin off my nails. I didn't know whether to be shocked or insulted. But after I remade her do my entire right hand, she knew I was about the business and did the left hand accordingly. But I didn't get any lotion or hand massage. Now, my pedicurist Maria - talk about thorough! She really got all the excess skin off and even went back a few times to make sure I had no old skin left on my feet. Lotion? Check. Massage? Check. Attention to detail? Check! I will definitely go back to Maria for my next pedicure. As for manicures... maybe if I try a different technician.

I used to love coming here for my toes but when it comes to your hands its like the workers just dont care AND they were not busy at this time at all, I even called for an appointment. If you show them a photo of something they will not even try to exactly resemble the photo as long as it looks something like it they are fine with it. Ive had this experience 3 times for simple sets of acrylics and ive went home so disappointed everytime. The customer service from the nail techs are horrible, they dont engage or ask u if you like them so far I didnt even get to choose the length. Im just so upset this time because this set was supposed to be for my birthday and it just looks HORRIBLE. DO NOT go here for acrylics!!! Oh and supposedly they charge extra on acrylics for shaping them... makes no sense. By far my worst experience. So upsetting from this place. Im going to try to go back and either get a refund or new set, hopefully they will lets see. I will update soon. Look at the difference between what I asked for and what I got.

Been coming here for a few months and it became my new regular spot. HOWEVER. My lady, as nice as she was, knicked my hand middle finger cuticle pretty deeply and it bled. I brushed it off. but then we went to go do my pedicure with her and I found it very odd that she used the callus remover (which is like a cheese grater for your heels) on the TOP of my foot. It hurt and she noticed and continued to do so on the other foot. I was upset but I didn't complain because it was abt 10 seconds so I let her finish my pedicure after using it. I woke up today with many visible rug-burn-like scratches on the top of my foot which sting very bad. My nails look good but what the heck was that?! Do I even want to come back?!

Been to this salon over 15x’s, but the person I used to go to was not there during my most recent visit. I then was directed to the short chubby Spanish lady in the front right (can’t recall her name). I went in for a new set of UV tips and 3 of my nails were coming off the next day. I called and explained the situation and the phone lady told me to come in, no problem. However, when I go back 2 days later the spanish lady didn’t want to acknowledge her doing or even try to remedy the problem. She said, she currently has a customer and shrugged me off. I was then handed off to a pedicure person who did not know what she was doing. She was completely lost. When the Spanish lady was done with her customer, I went to her and asked if she could takeover to which she said you already have someone. The lady who answers the phone began to show me attitude too as if I’m the troublemaker, like i didn’t just spend close to $100 (also paid for an elaborate design) on these nails for them to literally come off two days later. And to drive back and forth (30 mins roundtrip) to this salon with kids at home for them to treat me in this manner. Eventually Jackie stepped in and finished the job. Needless to say, I will never be going back to this salon to be mistreated for...
