U.S. Beauty Supply — Attraction in Hackensack

I have been a customer for years with no issues so it meant nothing for me to recommend them to my husband.Unfortunately he was racially profiled not once but twice.Each time he complained about the cashier and how she treated him. I was shocked as I never had a problem and my two daughters and myself are there often. On the third visit I went with him to correct the issue at hand.During this visit I spoke with the owner who was standing at the door.There were 4 customers in the store at the time who witnessed my concerns and were shocked.3 of the 4 left refusing to buy anything after hearing the owner.While handling the issue with the owner, the cashier disrespected my husband yet again but this time in my presence.I explained to her that she’s unprofessional and I was disappointed. Surprisingly enough the owner then threatens to call the police on my husband and the cashier begins crying as if she wasn’t the disrespectful one.We left as I was on the phone with the company of the item purchased. That customer rep was even surprised as she heard everything as well. ZEROOOOOO STARS. Went on my usual beauty supply store run I have been coming here for years. Don’t purchase from there. I was overcharged by cashier. i made her ring it up again because the price and amount of items didn’t make sense. After charging me again I notice she charged me twice for one item. I called and her customer service is terrible very unprofessional yelling and screaming and cursing. I came back and owner won’t even being to loook says he will agreed with his employee without checking or listening to my concerns instead he tried cops on me when I asked him to double check because I was I was overcharged. They will take ur money. Don’t fall for there SCAM. The owner will theathten to call the cops on you instead of take accountability for there mistake. I’m very disappointed with this store. I bought merchandise from this store worth more than $150.00. I explained to the salesman that I wasn’t sure which hair extensions I was going to use and he said I can return it if I don’t use it. I showed him a picture of what I needed and he gave me what he said is human hair which was expensive. It was not human hair. When I returned to the store the next day I was told I can only get store credit or exchange. This is not a good business practice. They are forcing you to spend money in their store even if you don’t need anything thing.
