I attempted to order replacement cushions for my Delta Glider from this company and when I received only a bottom cushion without ties I knew it was the incorrect item. I received two unfriendly emails from an Emilo who asked for a picture of the cushion I received and the last one from Bob who told me it would cost me 50 dollars to return it for an exchange which was more than the cushion was worth. Neither one of these individuals attempted to find me the correct cushions or offered me any reason to contine to do business with the company. In fact, after being ordered to take a photo of the cushion and advised that the shipping costs were more than their products are worth, I decided to keep the incorrect cushion for my dog's bed and place my order with a company who will help me locate the cushions I need and exchange items if they need to be to my satisfaction. The owner, Bob, pointed out that I ordered the incorrect item as if I did so on purpose and offered no other option but for me to lose money no matter how I chose to handle the situation. Beware of dealing with this company as their only goal is to make a profit no matter how they treat the customer. I am willing to bet that they go out of business as they are not offering customers solutions or choices rather directly stealing money because they cannot honestly profit in their manner of business. I will never patronize this company and have submitted a complaint to the BBB. Read moreWhen we purchased our home we purchased the wicker patio furniture with it. I thought it would be easy to replace the cushions with something our taste and quickly I was proven wrong. I looked online and in every big box local store. Many places sell them in sets and that does not work for the furniture pieces we have. I carried all the cushions into the Wicker Warehouse so there would not be any confusion. I had already made the mistake of making a purchase lugging them home for them to not fit. Honestly, when I walked in I was ready to be disappointed again. The minute I walked in, I wasn't even past the entrance threshold, before I was approached by Bob. He was saying that cushion is this and this cushion is that. I must have looked at him suspiciously because he said come and put your cushions on to try them if you don't believe me. He was absolutely right! He certainly has a knack for just eyeballing. Then, I was thinking to myself, I'm sure I will be limited on color/pattern choices...Nope! They had a wall from which to choose from. As luck would have it, I chose a color that was discontinued. The nice woman behind the desk (sorry I didn't catch her name), went to the computer and found each piece in their inventory. Now not only did I get friendly and knowledgeable service, they were running a 20% promotion to boot! Read moreIt's unfortunate that one can't post reviews on their website. First, let me say that Gail is phenomenal! I couldn't place my order on line so I called it in on 11/24, estimated delivery about 4 weeks. I emailed on 12/17 asking for a status report and was told that the supplier had been closed for a period around Thanksgiving and then they suffered some weather disaster, but the furniture would be arriving soon. It was delivered on 12/27. The sofa and chairs were really great. However, the glass top to the cocktail table was shattered on delivery (yes, open every box before the driver leaves!!). So I emailed Gail and also responded to an email asking me to review the product. Told both about the glass. No worries they said, we will send a new table soon. 12/29 received email that the new table would arrive around 1/10. I emailed on 1/14 asking status and again was told that the supplier/manufacturer/whoever had been closed for the holidays and then suffered an ice storm. The table finally came 1/22. Glass wasn't broken, but it was the WRONG glass for the table. Now I'm wading through it all over again. I can't say enough about Gail, who is very helpful. But the company really needs to get their stuff together! I doubt I will ever...
