First-time visit with Nikki Latini @ Crimson. A 5-star experience all the way down the line. Nikki was referred to me when I reached out on our community FB page.

First up, my initial phone call inquiring about a late in the game color, highlight, and cut appointment. Megan picked up my call. She is the reason I decided to move ahead with an appointment. Megan is so welcoming, happy, and empathetic. I am dealing with a mobility issue currently. She gave me confidence that the Crimson team would work within my limitations allowing me to move at my pace and assist me as needed.

Megan and Nikki greeted me at the door. For almost four hours , Nikki worked with me, listening, checking-in, getting to know each other while she efficiently did my base color and full highlights simultaneously! Relaxing and comfortable throughout. Welcoming to the new salon and just lovely to be in her chair!

Moving onto glossing and shampoo...the hands of an angel! Be sure that Dean is available for your shampoo. A scalp massage that relaxed me from head to toe within minutes! Very sweet and accommodating. I'd like to come in for a shampoo every day!

Back to Nikki for a cut. Her expertise left me with the healthiest, shiny hair I've ever had...and the color? Amazing, chef's kiss! 💋

Last thing on my to do list...lashes! Nikki popped them right on. A perfect fit!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Crimson Hair Studio East. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was attentive and kind, ensuring I felt welcomed.

The salon itself is beautifully set up, with a modern look, comfortable chairs, and a welcoming ambiance. One of the highlights for me was the option to work at the little bar in the back while getting my hair done, which is both convenient and enjoyable.

But what truly sets Crimson Hair Salon apart is the quality of their products and services. I've been seeing Nikki L., a fantastic hairdresser, who used an ammonia-free hair color on my hair. Not only does the color look amazing, but it has also made my hair feel incredibly soft and healthy. It's by far the best hair color product I've ever used, and I can't recommend it enough.

I had such a great experience here. I was trying to grow my hair out but it looked terrible and frizzy so I went to get it cut. Soon as I walked in everyone was so nice and helpful, the place is very clean and didn't smell like bleach fried hair. The guy washed my hair and it was more like a message. Nicole is the one that cut my hair and it was the first time ever that I had someone actually take time before diving in to ask questions about what I like, want ect. She is very knowledgeable, patient and talented. She also knows I do not like chemicals, and I love that she was very careful what she put in my hair after and asked me first.
