La Familia Pawn and Jewelry — Attraction in Haines City

THE BEST PLACE TO SHOP WITH THE BEST SERVICE!!!!!

Allow me beginning with that I do lots of shopping in pawns specially in the “La Familia” Branch and with ALL the respect of all other “Familias Shop” This is the BEST one PERIOD ..

And I will start of with that in order for a client to make such a strong quote is because is very well manage … so I do take my hat off with the store manager “ Joe “ if I know his name right .

Every time I have put my foot in the store I always see him there !!! Important fact ( I have gone to many others and catching a supervisor is mission impossible like the one in Poinciana area ) Always have being treated with respect , love , patience with a smile …. Always willing to make every visit RIGHT !!!!!

So this is the first important step in any business! Having a good head lead and this store HAS IT !

Now I will take my next step to the BEST seller I have experienced ! not in a pawn store ONLY I am saying in ANY company !!! This is JOSE … When you go ASK for JOSE - you will see what I am saying This man will go above and beyond!!

I even contacted him and he was in the middle of his own wedding and he responded 😭 how embarrassing but this can easily show you how extra mile this man will go …

Always my 1st option will be to go find what I need in the La familia - but not to any of them to this one in Haines city .

I am the type of clients to spend thousands of dollar in a single trip … But I am NOT willing to spend this if I don’t received excellent service and this is one of the few places I can say you will Never be wrong at .

I am also the 1st one to say your store is horrible if it is … but when someone those this AMAZINGLY how not stopping to scream at load they are ?

So to end this … GREAT JOB to ALL the team al la familia Haines city … You definitely have won a customer for LIFE!!!!!!!!!

Next time I will take photos and have Time frame we wait for at least 25 to 45 min just to get Western Union even when there no one in the building they look at us and continue to speak to each other we make eye contact and they say one min and walk to the back for a while then give attitude and smart remarks when we ask why it takes so long when there's no one in the store or why it takes everyone to help one person I am also fluent in Spanish as I am Dominican and I hear them Every time say negative thing about myself and other or smart remarks like oh there back again or I'm not hurrying for them I think they are very unprofessional and need better ppl persons in there or Hire someone to run a great crew or get things right hell hire me I can outsell talk and get great reviews myself the females are the worst especially with there attitude the 2 Puerto Rican females there are disgustingly rude and need to be replaced and they flirt and touching other employees when they think no one sees there is much more and I would love to explain and tell more if you need someone who can run a buissness right and like a business and make it 10x more customers freindly I gurantee a profit and...

I MADE AN EDIT. THIS AT FIRST WAS A ONE STAR REVIEW BUT IT CHANGED INTO A 5 STAR THE FIRST PARAGRAPH WAS MY INITIAL EXPERIENCE. THE EXPERIENCE AFTER WAS WHAT HAPPENED AFTER THEY SEEN THE REVIEW I LEFT. Don’t recommend at all. Spent $60 on a moniter that doesn’t work. Thought it may be the hdmi port that causes it to flicker or my computer so I used a different computer and bought a dvi. Still don’t work. “refunds” in 24 hours is only store credit so hey man just heed my advice will ya.

EDIT AFTER FIRST EXPERIENCE: After I left this review mike the store manager called me very upset about this experience I had and made sure to get me handled. Very very nice and they actually READ THEIR REVIEWS! I highly recommend doing business with them they are very honest and own up to their mistakes. That’s all anyone can ever ask for I received my refund in full and not in store credit in anyway. So if anything with your purchase goes wrong they will definitely make sure it’s right!! Also leave a good review if you have a good experience they deserve it because they take it very serious!! I’m very shocked they reached out and took care of me like this 5 STARS guys...
