My wife and I have been regular visitors to the park and casino for the past 6 months, going 5 days a week. We like viewing the horses but mainly stick to the casino as one of our favorite activities. The casino is kept clean, the employees were friendly, courteous, and we normally got our complimentary refreshments at the bar, as there is scant service on the floor, and the wait can be 2 hours.Since it was obvious we were gambling for several hours, the bar employees were pleasant and water, coffee etc. freely given to us. All that suddenly changed on April 27, as a server never seen before refused to provide coffee unless we paid for it, pointing to a sign and saying free only for people playing. I explained we were playing and the other servers always took care of us. Service was refused so the bar manager was called, and we were told he would meet us at a specific location. Inexplicably the manager never showed up. This was not about money but principle and we left feeling insulted and the good feeling 6 month visiting was over, all due to lack of common sense and rudeness. Shame on you...
