the worst experience I have ever had ... the first time my family and I decided to come to this place for my children's birthday ... we spent about $ 200 in less than two hours ... there were two young girls there. which had a horrible attitude since we arrived looking at us with a bad face all the time. We felt very bad for that attitude that make us feel uncomfortable... my son went to change his ticket for the gifts they give, they were treating us with no respect and they didn’t have any patience to what my children decided to choose ... I do not recommend this place bad service ... if you are going to work in a place where your clients are children make sure to hire people with patience and...

Some of the games stole my money and coins. I just wasted 30$ just to get nothing. Some of the machines don't work or are just poorly maintained and the employees won't even bother to help get our coins back. There were games that were functional or at least playable, however there are only few of them that are in a playable state. Don't waste your money on the arcade, instead go to the bowling alley where it is at least...

Really amazing experience. The food is good and the music had some pretty decent selections. Could use a more current selection tho. If you have more that 2 people they give you wired mics, and they aren't any where near as loud as the wireless mics, so you get drowned out. And the walls aren't that sound proof I'm sure the staff hates me and my friends now. Good place for a 16th party...
