My experience with mattress plus in Hamden, Ct. was so much more than I expected. I started with a phone conversation with Qasim …who was very knowledgeable and helped me realize my best decision was NOT to buy on line, but go to the store and try the mattresses. In going there ..I met Zubair, he also was very knowledgeable and very patient . I have many low back issues and Zubair really walked me through the choices, that I was deciding between. I left with what I feel was a Much better choice. It is very smart to visit the store and test out in person the different levels of your choice. It made a world of difference… I sincerely would have chosen the wrong level of comfort on line.

I may have spent more with what I chose, but it is an investment for comfort, support and sleep. I also used a payment plan.

Great customer service all around in Hamden,Ct ! Delivery is tomorrow. I so look forward to my new mattress and electronic base with lumbar head and foot support !

We stopped by here after the owner was able to price match our adjustable base deal we got online with his stock. We reviewed his bases and got a superior base for the same cost plus affordable delivery and white-glove service!

Where I’d put the cherry on-top is when he asked us about our mattress that we got from amazon (nectar premier hybrid copper queen) that we got for a good price plus some discounts. He was able to actually beat amazon’s prices, which was the best news and such an easy decision to go with.
