TRASH! I went there on a Friday night for Happy Hour and to stay to see the band at 7. It was my birthday weekend and I drove to this venue with a whole plan to get my birthday started. When I walked in at 5:50 pm on a Friday there were 2 people at the bar. That should have been a sign. The staff was still walking around cleaning up, that should have been another sign. However, they missed the crumbs and shrimp tail in the seat The waitress came over with some water and a smile, very friendly. As I was asking questions and placing my order and confirming the happy hour menu, she stated that happy hour was at he bar only but she would go and confirm with the manger (aka bartender). No problem, I was prepared to move, but when she came back, she stated that there was no happy hour tonight. Mind you, the website and the menu clearly state the happy hour times and prices. I asked why she said she didn't know why. I initially let that answer slide. About 10 mins later I asked her if I could talk to the manager, so the bartender came over. She explained that the owner decided since they had a band that night and was not charging a cover then they would not have happy hour. There was no sign at the door that stated this. So now we just making up stuff!? No let me talk to the net person up, oh , but she wasn't there. My ladies and i left at that ping because you are not going to nickel and dime me when you feel like it! I understand establishments reserve the right to pretty much change the rules whenever they feel like it but get some customers first and be authentic to your advertisement!

Reply to the owner: I do not have my dates mixed up it was Friday April 11th it was a tall light skin lady with long eyelashes I know that does not narrow it down but I have two witnesses if you want to go there. Second of all it makes it trash because you wait to a person sits down to place their order to say oh by the way this is not happy hour I drove 35 minutes to visit your estsblishment that was dirty. It makes it trash because you should have posted on your door that we are not honoring happy hour tonight. It looks as if you need all the business that you can get! Canceling happy hour was not a great idea and looking at the other reviews there are others that agree that this place needs work. Sick of these black owned businesses trying to nickel and dime. (Response to Owner) Good morning, after I saw the service fees someone came out to "explain" the services again. If she was a manager I wouldn't know it given she was dressed in the same attire as the servers and she didn't state herself as the mananger. Regardless it's fraudulent to put 2 people as a party of 6 on the receipt for gratuity. You are forcing people to tip for bad services.

Went out with my fiancé, went to the bar first didn't sit there but the bartender was very nice and attentive, we each got a beer, She told us where to sit away from the bar because we wanted food. A waitress approached me, was nice at first but overerly talked for about 10 min, made me feel uncomfortable. We ordered 2 mixed drinks and the steak for 2 people. Waited almost an hour for our food. We just wanted to pay for our drinks but she told us they started our food that our steaks were sitting in the window and waiting on sides. Worse service ive ever gotten in this type of setting. There was no heads up about the 2 service fees thats added to the bill so it was suprise when we received our bill. I argued about it but was told that the fees were to cover the tip and the live bar. I do not mind paying service fees if im told about them and I agree to that. Myself and my friends went to dine at Legacy Live tonight, 11/23/2023. There was a concern with the price of a drink, my friend had two drinks charges at $5 and then another bartender charged her $13. We simply asked about the difference in price, and the bartender stated that we should be grateful that we were getting anything at all. I asked to speak with a manager. Before the manager could come, the bartender started verbally attacking myself and my friend stating that we were accusing her of being r* and claiming that we called her a b and we’re lying on her. None of this is true. The bartender was aggressive and approached us as if she were going to attack us to the extent that security on duty at the establish had to hold her back. I had to physically hold my hand up to stop the bartender from striking me. The manger on duty the night of 11/23/2023 witnessed this and did nothing to raprimend the bartender. She did not ask the bartender to leave, and did nothing to protect myself and my friend as patrons. I felt unsafe. I can not believe that a bartender is allowed to assault patrons because they are upset due to a complaint. This place has made myself and my friend group unsafe and we will not...
