Zero customer service skills and liars. So my friend and I go shopping to this store; No one is around to help I choose what I think I want and proceed to request for fitting room access; I'm told they are closed. I mention I might return some stuff if they don't fit (I should have left that part out). I swipe my card and the lady says she put the receipt at the bottom of the bag (this part I did not verify before leaving, was talking to my friend- (mistake 2). Some may say I might have lost the receipt; I know for sure I did not lose it, after purchase I didn't make any stops, I had one goal in mind, dump things in one place, take receipts and put in one place and try my stuff on (had receipts from two other stores)...sure enough receipt from this store was missing. I didn't like nearly most of the stuff I purchased. I wanted to go exchange them but had no receipt.
I get off work, I decide to call and explain the situation. The lady I talk to over the phone says if it's an exchange they should be able to help. I bring my debit card and pick other outfits then proceed to the cashier. The cashier was the rudest I have ever met, honestly, zero customer service skills, first lying cashier, and rude. This ghetto looking cashier could have explained the policy in a better way but she insinuated I was lying about the receipt, said the store had closed at 8pm the day of purchase when it actually closed at 9pm (we were some of the last people to leave the store). She rudely said she couldn't help me of course. Needless to say I wasted my trip to this place when they could have just told me on the phone an exchange w/out a receipt is not possible. There was nothing I could do, at this point I had realised it may not be the first time they are scamming a customer. I will have to give the stuff away, hopefully someone will benefit from them. Best money grifting, I'll give them that. Luckily I never have to see these...
Read moreUsually don’t go in this store due their selection of clothing, ridiously loud music, and they don’t have the best customer service. but I went there today because I seen a nice dress on the display. After shopping around I found a skirt that was on clearance but I wanted a size bigger. Found a bigger size but it wasn’t the same price. I brought both skirts to the front and asked them to price check it for me. Come to find out the skirt on clearance was priced wrong.it was ringing up the original price. And as she telling me that it’s priced wrong she is taking the clearance ticket off the skirt. I immediately tell her that I want that skirt for the price that is say on it BEFORE you take that tag off. The lady insisted that it’s the wrong price. The district manager (Mrs. Felicia) happened to be there and came over and said that she will honor the price. I asked that since both are ringing up original price and that you have to adjust the price can you just adjust the price on the size I need. Her response was just NO! I asked her why ? And she said because I could have easily said I wouldnt honor the price. So you can get that size. And that she didn’t know if one of the customers put that ticket up there. (In which I felt like she was referring to me) I immediately told her that I didn’t do it and she can run back the cameras. She was real short with her answers. I asked if they had if they had a corporate and her answer was nah, small business. Then I asked that you don’t have a boss or a number I can call regarding this matter? She said don’t have a number but you can email. So I will be emailing them tonight but wanted to leave a review FIRST! It hurt me none not to return back to that store because I will not! On the lighter note the store manager that was there was VERY friendly! The district and the store manager should change...
Read moreThe worst shopping experience possible. Didn’t even receive a greeting. It’s my wife and I. No other customers in there at all. It’s 5:20 something so my wife ask to try on some clothes (mind you she has 3 dresses in her hand.) one associate said the dressing rooms where open so ofc we went to the dressing rooms only to be told the dressing rooms close at 5:30😐 the dressing rooms where locked before 5:30😐.
So ofc the next move is to buy the clothes and try them on at home and return them if they don’t fit return them to get money back nope 😂 if you return them you only get store credit.
Customer service is trash. Not gonna be surprised if this location is gone in a couple of months. MANAGER NEEDS TO GO!
