Decided to have a movie date night since my spouse and I rarely get to share a night off. Use Google to check times. Drive by theater to double check times while running errands. Decide on the 4:00 PM showing of Batman. Schedule and hire a baby sitter for 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM. This night should be set right? There is no 4:00 PM showing. Next showing is at 8:00 PM. Just several young, teenaged staff politely trying to explain to me (God bless them) why their scheduled AND posted time is wrong. Between costs and these failures... Might as just watch it on HBO Max streaming and give up on the Theater experience folks.

This was our first visit here and I am impressed. Walking in we were greeted by the manager, which I loved that the manager was working with his team! Everyone I came in contact with tonight was kind and professional. The prices were typical movie theater prices. The establishment was clean and looked organized too! The seats were pretty comfortable, I loved the lighting, the bathroom was clean and stocked. I was definitely intrigued by the bar area too šŸ˜‰ We will most definitely return šŸ’—

Loved the new seating, recliners with heat! What more can you ask for in a movie theater? Great clean and respectful staff.

Love the updated seating and comfort. Don't know about the fun yet as they do have a bar area now where I seen some board games. I would have given five stars any other time but I had quite the reason this time. I brought my four in a half year old son to see Frozen II ( this isn't just a movie for girls boys love it also even grown men and women) at 3:45 today we were just a little bit late but we made it just in time the movie had just started to play when we got into the theater. But back to why I gave only four stars was the service my child and I received. I felt very uncomfortable and as if we were an inconvenience to the two young ladies that pretty much did our order and such. No one else was in line so... why were we such a chore to be given the most awkward service?? I felt very rushed when picking our seats. I asked how it worked and as the young lady sighed and began to talk very fast my son was speaking to me at the same time( which she clearly seen and heard) and I said I'm sorry I didn't hear you my son was talking to me and wasn't making eye contact with you or the screen...once again I got a sigh and at this time I am trying to pay attention but I can't completely concentrate because the other young lady lets out a what would be considered a smirky lips pressed together spitting out laugh making the young lady speaking to me turn to her and open her eyes widely with a slight shake of her head like she was annoyed. Now I am being as polite as I can possibly be still even though I'm feeling as if my son and I were just an annoyance making me feel like I need to move faster so I just picked two seats and my son had already made it clear he wanted something but I was already being given a total. I hurried to speak up saying sorry my son wants to get something I thought he had said already ( which was him over and over trying to speak to the other young lady standing there. He was being silly as always wanting to talk to someone new by saying his name "I'm_____ and he wanted a drink and pop corn) I had made a quick decision but asked I can't see how much it is though well I didn't even get an answer just suddenly a total again. And I said wow geez expensive and jr kinda giggled it off. But the young lady helping me said nothing and just starred at me and once again the other done the pressed lips spitting laugh again and I got several eye rolls as I paid in cash and got no receipt back with my change then it was just here's your stuff now go away no thank you no enjoy the movie just a horrible feeling of being an inconvenience and a "clown" because I was still quite close to the young ladies as I was looking around for the straws and I turned to look and see what the loud laughing was about and I guess it was my son and I for whatever reason and the very judgemental looks and thinking to myself "Okay...what was so funny the whole time? Why the rushing and rudeness? And feeling completely unwelcomed and my very handsome polite little boy who was totally ignored his first time getting to go too a big theater. Even he said mommy those girls were not very nice huh?" Also I came to an earlier show because I'm with my child and knew it would be less busy and I seen it slightly cheaper during the day but I still paid thirty dollars for a child's ticket and an adult ticket and a small drink and a small popcorn that was actually terrible (it was very old and stale...usually I love the popcorn!!...)I think that's what I was charged for I would not know because I was not given a receipt!!! I then come to find out while in the movie I actually over heard a conversation with a woman speaking to her male companion extremely upset saying she didn't appreciate being made so uncomfortable and he agreed saying those _ (not appropriate names used) were rude as hell an even mentioned he almost said something but felt it wasn't worth it they probably would have just acted even more immature than they already were. Then after visiting the restroom I let one of the girls know about a mess and she just...

So, I live in Eureka, MO. Purchased four tickets online for a 6:30pm movie for what I thought was at the Wildwood location. Unfortunately, I had an all hands on deck issue at work that I knew was going to keep me from being on time so I drove to the Wildwood location ~4:00pm to let them know and get a refund. I was not aware I could do this online. Once I got there, they pointed out the tickets were purchased for the Hannibal location, nearly 2 hours away. They referred me to the website for requesting a refund. Of course they didn't alert me to the fact you have to do this within 2 hours of the movie time

So, I ran back home but immediately had to jump on a work call to handle my work crisis. At ~5:15pm, I had a chance to visit the website to request a refund but no bueno, the system wouldn't allow it and I actually thought it was a technical error so I reached out via email.

One of the CS reps returned my email and after going back and forth about my situation, was told: "I'm sorry you made a mistake", sent me the link to the return policy. WOW. Way to have empathy B&B.

Look, I understand I made a mistake but it was an innocent mistake in which I jumped through hoops to try to correct. It just doesn't seem fair how it played out and as far as the CS rep who I so politely asked to escalate my situation (and who still hasn't) so I had a chance to explain this all to someone who could overwrite a policy based on my case, next time just send it to your lead or further up the chain. Show me you are trying. That's all...

We usually go to the B&B Theatres Wentzville Tower 12 because of all the movie options and those comfortable reclining seats. It had been awhile since we have gone out to see a movie do to all the restrictions. We decided it was time to go see a movie and heard that B&B Theatres Hannibal now has reclining seats with optional heat so we gave them a shot.

For a smaller B&B theatre, this place was decent. The staff were friendly and all, but they neglected to add my phone number when we purchased items in the concession stand. I take part in their Backstage Pass Loyalty Program and because they failed to handle the transaction properly we were shorted points. I'm confused because they added points for the movie tickets that we purchase a minute earlier.

B&B Theatres really needs a customer service number with a live representative to speak with. I have sent a couple emails using the B&B Contact Form and have still not heard back from anyone. B&B Theatres, if you're reading this, train your employees to always ask the customer for their loyalty number. I'm deducting a star because they neglected to do that. Fix this issue and not only will I add the last star, but I might return. B&B Wentzville has never made...
