I was not happy with my experience when I got my phone repaired by Batteries Plus Bulbs. I called ahead and inquired about what I needed to do in order to bring my phone in and they said I could make an appointment but they didn't tell me I had to do it online, although it wasn't necessary. I thought the phone conversation was good enough after asking if 4:45 was a good time and they said yes, but that was not the case. When I got there they said that 6:30 was my guaranteed time that I could pick my phone up and took down my alternative number to reach me in case it was done sooner. I left work and returned at 6:30, but when I got there they said it would be another 30 minutes... I was of course frustrated because they had an alternative number for me, but did not call me to tell me it was not going to be done on time so I asked them if they could call me if it was not going to be done in 30 minutes and they said of course and apologized. I called them a little after 7 and asked if it was done and they said it would be another 10-15 minutes...again I was very frustrated because they DID NOT CALL ME after asking them to do so if it was going to take longer and if I had not called I would have left work again to just get there and it not be finished. I arrive there at 7:20 and he said it was just getting finished up, but did not get out of there until 7:40. I was not happy with the customer service, or the expectation of time, or the fact that they did not keep me informed when it was as simple as a phone call to let me know the repair was taking longer than expected (especially after me specifically asking that they do so). If they kept me informed I would not have been as frustrated with the situation, but I will not be returning here for another phone repair.
I initially gave them 2 stars for my initial visit but I had some issues with the repair in which they fixed the next day. Still had some timing issues but they did a good job on the repair the second...

He raised his voice on me, and was trying to blame me for go and ask something about a phone the store repair and apparently my kids drop off. His manners, his way of communications are not from a civilized person who should be working in a store where people comes and go. Since the first time I approached him the day I drop my phone to be fix I received this experience and attitude. At first, i thought he was having a bad day; but clearly is a man who has bad personal issues or trauma; and should not be around people. He refused to gave me back my Iphone, when I ask for it, until I heard him. This is so disrespectful from any employer.
