CEFCO Convenience Store — Attraction in Harker Heights

Employees here have ZERO customer service. The attitudes you get are beyond ridiculous. I asked a guy who has since been fired, to take a drink off someone else's order I was sent to get. He got an attitude and told me to leave and I was trespassing...😂😂 Nice try bud... A few days ago, 05/04/2023, my wife was charged full price while using the app feature for C4 buy one get one free. Total was 6+$, she told the guy no and he argued with her and told her to just pay it and it would take it off when she swiped. This went for about 2-3 minutes before another employee came and she redid the transaction and did it how my wife explained the manager had to do the day before... The little kid that just started needs to take a course in service before he pops off at the wrong person. I was literally twitching bc I wanted to say something to him but would have REALLY hurt his feelings... The person at the register when we walked in was having issues with him and was still there when we got to the register and they actually had to open a second register on account of the kid...just fire him before you get more backlash and negative...

Had an unfortunate encounter this morning at the CEFCO on south FM 2410 in Harker Height this morning. I stop here most mornings to refill my large CEFCO jug and everyone has always been pleasant. The refill has always been $0.85 since I purchased the jug and that's what I paid yesterday morning at this same store. The CEFCO jug I'm referring to is the one that cost $14 initially. This morning around 6:45 am the gentleman that checked me out rang up $1.29. I quietly told him it should be $0.85. He said that because it was over 64 ounces, it would be $1.29. Then he said "I work here so know what I'm talking about". I was a little surprised at the comment, especially since I didn't question him further about the price and other customers could hear him. I merely repeated his comment to him a couple of times so he'd know I'd heard what he said and left. He did give me back enough change to only charge me $0.85. If the price has gone up, I believe there are better ways to handle this besides being rude and trying to embarrass a customer...

I'm just here to say that we buy from this store at least 3 times a week and we have NEVER been disrespected the way we have tonight! Y'all have a new plus sized black lady working that treated my husband like a criminal tonight. He went in, got an 18 pk of Miller Light, asked for some cigarettes and his tobacco, ran his card and left. This woman chased him to the car and told him his card didn't go through and made him go back in and run it again. I'm ok with that but when I called from my house... This person was so disrespectful and threatened to call the police on me for calling to get an explanation for why my debit card was run twice!!! Seriously.... I've lived in the same area for over 5 years and have NEVER been treated the way this person just treated us!!!! I will be calling your...
