My Husband went in yesterday Saturday of 3/10/24 to purchase some boots and western shirt for my Son and he advised me that he received no customer service from any employees and he saw them helping others who walked in after him. Then when he was ready to pay that no one helped him at the counter he was waiting with his items on the counter, until a lady employee told another employee “someone help the guy in the cap” in a rude manner. Simply put, there is no better western store in South Texas. That includes San Antonio. They are the BEST at cowboy hats, great selection on boots and the service is second to none. Every time that I walk in there they treat me like family. I can't even guess how many things that I've bought from them in the last 20+years. And it's all been quality...
