Cita's Boutique Harlingen — Attraction in Harlingen

Hi I have recently visited your Brownsville location during the Christmas holidays. And a sales girl that was helping me at the Kendra Scott area. I asked her if she had any royal blue earrings in a specific size she said no and then I continue to ask if she could call her Harlingen location to see if they had something available in the size and color I was looking for. The sales girl that was wearing glasses said no I know the inventory here and at the Harlingen location and they do not have anything available. So at that point, I knew she was not gonna be helpful. Then I started looking around the shop and noticed that she told another sales lady about me and my mother that we were looking around at that point and I told my mother let’s go they don’t have it we’re looking for. Considering it was my day off. I have been shopping half of the morning and it was after lunch. There was a lot going on during the day in the morning. My make up wasn’t fresh as it was in the morning, but I felt like the girl was telling the other sales lady to look at it because maybe we might get something I never shop the Brownsville location. but since I was in the area and decided to stop at the branch location, my usual store is in Harlingen because I work in Harlingen, but live in Brownsville. The girls in Harlingen are the best. When I walk in the greet me I spent a good amount of money in that store when I stop by but really that’s not the point why I believe the girls in the Harlingen location or nice before I spend what I’m going to spend. All of them always greet Me, but considering that I was coming to the Harlingen location that afternoon I stop by the steam team that’s in Harlingen and guess what they had the size and color I was looking for so as I did my purchase I’ll mention to the girls what happened to me that afternoon? I was very disappointed because I asked them if it was the same owner of both locations and he said yes , so my only feedback would be is that moving forward? I’m just gonna stick with a Harlingen location and maybe you might wanna tell the Brownsville staff that instead of only helping and being nice to the people that walk in that look freshly made up because either they’re housewives or they just came from wherever but they’re all dolled up . Does it mean that the ones that come in that may be finished working out or have been running errands all morning or are all afternoon long may look a little different doesn’t mean that we don’t have money to spend at your boutique, so they may want to be a little nicer to everyone that walks into your store. Boyfriend purchased a Kendra Scott gift for me at this location and color was great but the necklace was a bit to small. I went to try to exchange the item with the gift receipt and they denied me the return because the tag was not attached to the item. Item has not been worn and the receipt was enclosed but representative stated I needed to read the return policy. Representative was rude and did not show empathy as to helping exchange the item. Great place to take the wife for a hand full of the finest treasures that every woman deserves.... Stayed out late with the guys, take her to Cita's... Want to go watch a game but the wife is not in the mood for sports, take her to Cita's ,get her some Kendra Scott next thing you know, she's cheering with you....
