as soon as we walked in, the cashier, karina was standing there with her arms folded and seemed very upset that we were there. i had asked if they had milk substitute, she very rudely told me no. when my drink was ready she slammed it on the counter. i had also asked for milk foam added on top, which she charged me for, and never added it. i’ve never been treated like this at this store before. disappointing. just completely unfriendly and unprofessional.

It was a lovely first experience trying this new spot and after, will DEFINITELY make it a regular drink place🤩. The milk teas were delicious and all our toppings added so so flavor. We tried our drinks at 50% sugar, we were doubtful they would be good, but we were mistaken. They were so insanely perfect! Not to mention the nice staff that helped us through the new menu and offer their recommendations. Will absolutely be going back!

Decided to try this place out after our waitress at Pho (across the street) mentioned that they had just opened and they did not disappoint! It was VERY clean and their menu is HUGE! They offer a ton of different ways to customize your drink (see pic of Star Jelly). Their service was awesome and very knowledgeable of the menu. I highly recommend!
