I went here just to get a replacement phone screen for my iPhone and they recommended I change my battery which was almost an extra $100, they were already charging me $360 after tax for to replace my phone screen which is over priced, then it took 24 hours before my phone was ready to pick up when I was told it would be ready in 2-3 hours, and waited in town for nearly 8 hours to be told my phone wouldnāt be ready until the next day, that means they de-prioritized me just because I was a walk in customer and didnāt have an appointment, thatās fine by me, because Iāll never you them again to do a phone screen replacement, Iāll go somewhere else, C-Spire does it, but most of the time they donāt have the screens in for older phones since nobody can afford a brand new iPhone and has older phones, I donāt appreciate being pushed to the bottom of the line for not having an appointment and I was here right when the store opened, whatās funny is when I went to go check on my phone later that afternoon, a geek squad associate told me it wasnāt ready and that they would call me when it was ready instead of being honest and saying they havenāt started on my phone yet and it wonāt be ready until the next day, Iām guessing he did that just to get me out of the way since I had already paid them over $400, they didnāt even call me to tell me they had run into a problem with the software update, I had to go back to the store again 3 hours after I left, thatās real unprofessional, I should call apple snd tell them exactly what happened, they...

Immediately I knew he would not be able to do anything and I just asked that we go ahead and speak with another individual. He was nice and walked us over to the geek squad cabinet. The geek behind the desk had a smart mouth, a nasty attitude, and the nerve to smirk when he said if I wanted to do anything it would cost me. So I said, you mean to tell me I pay 199 dollars and 8.99 monthly for what? If I have to send my phone off to Samsung to be without a phone and have to wait to get the same phone back... Bogus. So he gets. Flustered and called the manager over, the lady from Picayune. She saw his atrocious behavior and sent him off to play so that grown people could discuss business. He had the nerve to say he used to work at Forest County Jail and his number was 28. Pffftt... I highly doubt it. But probably. I see he isn't there anymore. Anyway...she told me a host of things. 1. HP was getting too big for their britches and charging to much. Then we looked at all in ones, and more cell phones. I asked about several different phones but they said I would have to wait for any single one to would have to be delivered to the store as well as I would have to pay money. I took my phone that was unaffected to Verizon and traded it in for 800 dollars.

My wife and I purchased a new home in Hattiesburg. We researched and decided on the appliances we wanted to purchase. We got to Best Buy in Hattiesburg at 9:10 this morning Almost no other customers were in the store. We asked for help in appliances and the personal at the front said they will call someone. We waited 15 minutes. I went back to the front and was told āthey will be right there.ā After another 20 minutes I went back up front and a young lady said āsorry, they will be right there.ā Again, no one showed. So my wife and I walked around and took pictures of the items we wanted. The total of what we are ordering is $9,833.00. I asked to speak to the manager and a young man said āI am.ā I said you are the store manager? and he stated he was the Manager on duty. He handed me a piece of paper with your email address. Did not offer to go back there with us or do anything to recover the sale. Also, There were a total of SEVEN associates in the front of the store. The āmanagerā said ānone of them work in that department.ā So disappointing and we will no longer shop at Best Buy in Hattiesburg. Fortunately with the pictures we were able to go to Lowes and get exactly what we wanted. The remaining items we will order from Amazon. We are putting this email on Google reviews and sending to the Best Buy corporate office.
