We dropped off our machine and no one called with a repair price. They just did the service and chargd More than the machine was Worth. Any rational person would have called the customer.

The service they did was replace the bobbin case. We had this done once in San Antonio for $50. In Hattiesburg it was almost $200. The bobbin case cost $8. The Time to install is about 15 min according to the place in San Antonio.

They got us! We had to pay it to get our machine back. They'll never see our business...

I have been to this store multiple times and have not had a good experience AT ALL. The first time I went in, none of the people who worked there bothered to greet or ask me if I needed help. When I notice others of a different race enter, they were asked the questions they neglected to ask me. I purposely kept returning every few months to see if maybe they were having an off day but the same behavior still continues. Money is money and it has no prejudices. Money talks and I will not spend mines...
