Best Harford County Bakery hands down!! I am officially addicted to Tay's cupcakes! Every baked good is a labor of love that Tay not only puts into the quality of her baked goods, but also into the love shown to customers. Strawberry crunch and pineapple upside-down cupcakes are 2 of my personal favorites, but seriously everything I have had is delicious. Prices are extremely affordable especially compared to the portion sizes. In addition, I'm so glad that I can now conveniently visit the new location in Havre de Grace which offers even more options (like ice cream)!!! After waiting in line for a bit as the girl behind the counter catered to what appeared to be friends while the line behind me continued to grow. Finally got to the counter and asked for 2 xl dubai bars, a dubai cup and nachos. Before I could finish the girl said they were out of the xl and only had regular.
