A Perfect Vacation Stay – Can’t Wait to Return! We had a terrific stay at this beautiful vacation home! With seven of us in the group, it was wonderful to have plenty of space—private bedrooms, comfy beds, and two suites. I especially appreciated the room with two beds, which was perfect for sharing with my granddaughter. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked and had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and a few home-cooked meals. The large dining table comfortably seated our whole group, which made mealtimes easy and enjoyable. We also took advantage of the extra amenities, including the bicycles and snorkeling gear—such a thoughtful bonus! The staff was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or needed anything. One of the highlights was the Hilton pass and access to the beach club. We loved watching the dolphin show at the Hilton and spent a couple of fun-filled days enjoying the resort’s pool and waterslide. The complex pool was conveniently close to the house—while it had a bit of natural debris from nearby trees, it was still a great option for a quick dip or relaxing swim just steps from our door. Exploring the local area was a real treat. The sunsets were absolutely stunning, and we had some amazing food experiences—malasadas from down the highway, a fabulous dinner at Tommy Bahama, lunch at Kona Brewing, shaved ice from Original Big Island Shave Ice, and a delicious dinner at The Fish Hopper in Kona. This vacation home was the perfect home base for a memorable trip. We’re already looking forward to coming back to this amazing place!

Paradise in Hawaii delivered an unforgettable experience for our family of five—including our children (aged 10 and 7) and our grandmother. The location at Hale Kailani is simply superb—serene, scenic, and perfectly placed for easy access to both beaches and local amenities. Every detail of the home exudes elegance, from the gorgeous décor to the thoughtfully appointed amenities. The beds were luxuriously comfortable and outfitted with sumptuous linens that made relaxing feel indulgent. The kitchen was fully stocked, allowing us to prepare meals effortlessly and feel right at home. The space itself was generous and well laid-out, offering both togetherness and peaceful privacy when we needed it. What truly stood out was the level of service from Paradise in Hawaii’s team. The staff were friendly, responsive, and intuitively attentive—anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Their warmth added a genuine aloha spirit that transformed a wonderful stay into something truly extraordinary. We will definitely return and strongly recommend this exceptional experience to anyone seeking the ultimate family getaway in Hawaii.

Paradise in Hawaii is terrible. Do not book a reservation with them!! If anything goes wrong with your stay, you will be blamed. We stayed at one of their properties and there was construction next door upstairs (listen to the video attached). We heard that for hours each day for days!!! We know they don't have control over a neighbors construction, we understand that. They offered us a partial refund for those days impacted and made it sound like they understood how our week long vacation was negatively impacted...when we followed up about the partial refund after a couple of months, we misunderstood how much they were going to refund. Once it was clarified, we asked them to send the paperwork we needed to sign to process the refund. They were completed silent on us. After numerous emails and calls, we finally complained to the BBB. They then wrote a scathing response to the BBB saying we were demanding and haggling! Completely false!!! We have the emails as proof! It's so unfortunate they treat people this way. They have zero empathy and zero customer service. Avoid at all costs.

As a three generation group of ten family members, ages 2 1/2 to 67, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Paradise in Hawaii private, single family home, named “Sparkling Waters,” in Waikoloa Beach Resort, in the new development of all private homes known as Ainamalu. The photos and description on the website were quite accurate, and the pool, hot tub, and private backyard were just great for all of us, including our four grandsons ages 7,6,3 1/2, and 2 1/2. The boys were constantly playing catch when they weren’t in the pool or hot tub. There are some review comments about the doors to the backyard having an alarm system to be compliant with state law in Hawaii. Those door alarms are really no big deal. Just push a bypass button at the top of the doors and the alarm is silenced for about 10 seconds. That button is above the reach of children, so the alarm feature still functions when the backyard doors are opened by younger house guests. The kitchen and living area were great, and the kitchen is fully equipped, including a full complement of spices and cooking utensils. The indoor dining table was comfortable for our family of ten, and the outdoor dining table also accommodated our whole family. We found it was great to be in the shade outdoors with a breeze on the lanai, and feel protected from the heat of the sun. The home design, construction, and outdoor landscaping were all thoughtfully planned and maintained. The bed mattresses, linens, and towels were comfortable, and there was a large supply of beach towels, as well as beach umbrellas, chairs, beach wagons, snorkel gear, a an outdoor chest of pool toys. Also, to our surprise, there was a second refrigerator and freezer in the garage, which was needed for our extended family. I found Paradise in Hawaii management very responsive to routine questions and needs during our stay. I would say that the home and the management company exceeded our expectations. Additionally, I did not anticipate pool management three times a week, trash pick up three times a week, and routine yard maintenance during our stay. We enjoyed our stay sufficiently during Thanksgiving Week, leading us to make a new Thanksgiving Week reservation for 2025 with a Paradise in Hawaii listing before our 2024 vacation ended. I was surprised at the extensive inventory of homes and condos in this company’s portfolio. Their choice of options in the Waikoloa Beach Resort and Mauna Lani Resort exceeds those found in my previous searches with VRBO and AirBNB. And with a similar rental agreement contract, I’ll first look at this company’s listings in the future, based upon our first rental with Paradise in Hawaii in...

This place was over the top AMAZING, and the hospitality could not have been better. We booked through Airbnb at a resort condo in Waikaloa north of Kona (Mauna Lani), and absolutely everything was as promised and better. We stayed January 2025 with our big family of 10 to honor my mom after her passing last year. We have stayed at dozens of timeshare resorts, airbnb's, hotels and much more in our 30 years together, and I'm pretty sure this was the nicest place yet. Everything was immaculate, and the layout was just perfect. The huge open concept kitchen/dining room/living room with vaulted ceiling and gorgeous lanai deck (and beautiful wide sliding door) was just perfect for the ten of us to relax together. The four bedrooms was plenty of room for three couples, three singles, and a toddler. And I was constantly impressed with the little things! Here are a few notes: Beach Gear: The garage was fully stocked with everything we could need for the whole family at the beach! Snorkels, beach towels aplenty, beach chairs, beach wagon - everything! Kitchen: So great! Eating out too much always breaks the budget so we really enjoy making meals. Costco is the place! Stock up in Kona Costco to start, and the kitchen has everything you would want in your own house for cooking. Living Room: We like to finish our days with a movie together, and the big couch, BIG TV, and awesome sound system were perfect. Games & Toys: Our three year old grandson was content the whole week playing with the marble tower and other building toys, and there were a bunch of family games under the TV too. Resort Passes: This was the biggest win of all. Passes for ALL 10 of us to two fantastic resorts. The Hilton is about a ten minute drive (cuz resort driving is slow), but it was the family favorite with its incredible snorkeling lagoon, dolphins, and giant pools. Local Pool: Didn't even try it til the last day, and it's awesome! Very big, plenty warm, nice hot tub, great big kiddie pool for the grandson, and best of all--no crowds. Great way to get away from the busy resorts. We did an evening picnic and used the grill in the spacious covered picnic area. Driving Tip: If you head around the island, I highly recommend an app we found called GuideAlong - and get the Big Island bundle. Best guide for driving - everything you want from tips on what to see to awesome stories all the way around the big island. Again, we can't say enough. The stay was so good! And I was so happy to honor my mom as a whole family. She loved Hawaii, and this was a perfect way to...

A Tropical Paradise: Our Unforgettable Stay at this Stunning Hawaiian Haven

As we stepped into this breathtaking two-story home on the Big Island of Hawaii, we knew we were in for a treat. This magnificent vacation rental exceeded our expectations in every way, offering the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and relaxation.

The crown jewel of this property is undoubtedly the sparkling pool, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and inviting sun loungers. Our family spent countless hours soaking up the sun, swimming, and enjoying quality time together. The adjacent hot tub was the perfect spot to unwind and gaze at the starry Hawaiian sky.

The seamless transition from indoor to outdoor dining was a highlight, allowing us to effortlessly move between the beautifully appointed kitchen, dining area, and expansive lanai. We savored delicious meals watched stunning sunsets, and created unforgettable memories. There are also so many TVs around the house that we didn’t miss a moment of watching the 2024 Paris Olympics!!

Cleanliness is paramount to me, and I was thrilled to find this home spotless and impeccably maintained. The attention to detail was impressive, making us feel right at home.

Our fitness enthusiast son was thrilled to discover the community pool and gym, which boasted an impressive array of equipment and amenities. He was in awe, exclaiming, "This gym has everything I need!"

The kitchen was a culinary dream, fully stocked with top-notch appliances, cookware, and utensils. Meal prep was a breeze, and we appreciated the convenience of having a washer and dryer on site, allowing us to pack light and bring back souvenirs.

The pièce de résistance was the exceptional comfort of the beds and pillows. I've never slept on pillows as divine, feeling like resting my head on a cloud. I searched for the brand, but alas, they remained a delightful mystery!

Our family's consensus: we can't wait to return! We're already planning our next gathering at this incredible property, eager to recreate the magic. The memories we created here will be cherished forever.

To the owners and property managers, mahalo (thank you) for sharing this slice of paradise with us. Your attention to detail, commitment to cleanliness, and dedication to providing an exceptional guest experience have earned our highest praise. We'll be back, and...
