Bobby's beginner yoga flow class was outstanding! There were so many different types of people in class. Over 5 teenagers that I think were from a swim team, moms, dads, young, mature, seniors....Bobby caters to just about everyone who wants to have a good time getting in a full body yoga session. My lady and were here on vacation she loves yoga . So we choose waimea yoga due to class style offerings, what we did not expect was the level of teaching it was amazing to say the least . Best of all we were stuck with no way back to our resort. But a regular of the class stepped up with amazing class seeing us sitting there and provided us a ride how wonderful and then shared her life with us THANK YOU so much arrow your a force of pure nature and love . I attend several classes per week at Waimea Yoga. The teachers are wonderful, compassionate, and experienced. Yoga mats, straps, blocks, and blankets are available for use. Some classes you will need to arrive early (30 minutes before hand) if you wish a spot, these are the popular classes. You can also book and pay online which is helpful.
