Twilight Zone gift & smoke shop — Attraction in Hayward

Was given the incorrect strength e-liquid after clearly stating my order. I suppose I should have double checked, but have never had this issue in several dozen e-liquid orders at around a dozen different shops in northern and southern California. Figured I could not return the item due to COVID-19. When I stopped by several days later to inform them of the mishap, the person who had grabbed the wrong item from behind the counter was present, and informed me that in fact, I could have returned it as long as the product was unopened. This is a fairly unusual practice across the industry, and it would seem to potentially expose customers to tainted packaging.

If there is any signage in the shop indicating as much, I have yet to see it. Lastly, I asked for prices on a few of their torches and was told varying prices in the range of $70 to $100. Note that the vast majority of items lacked any visible pricing.

In contrast to the anemic array of nicotine salt e-liquid on display, they have an extensive selection of 'oil burner' style pipes. They are all reasonably priced, and tends toward the bigger/thicker end of the spectrum.

I used to shop here for everything. One stop shop until I was sold a torch, with no outer packaging, and was told I could return it no problem any time up to a year from purchase. I get it home and it is unable to be filled with butane. When my fiancee takes it back to the store to return or exchange it she was met buy an older guy who just started yelling at her. she asked him to stop yelling and he raises his voice louder to tell her that he isn't yelling.
