UPDATE: i went back in today to get the pedicure fixed and asked that two toes that were bumpy be removed and redone, as well as dead skin that was left on a toe be removed. I was told no to both requests and then told that I could no longer book appointments with the tech anymore - as if any of this was my fault and I should be punished for it. I told the manager that it was a failure of communication to me. She then told me that my appointment was not 45 minutes late like I had said ââmy appointment was at 2pm and the tech arrived to service me at 2:45. how is that not 45 minutes late? Manager then tried to bring up that Iâm never satisfied because I came in to get something fixed before. yall - the last time the top coat was peeling off my hands after two days! Again, how is this my fault??? And the salon has a policy that you can return to get any chipped nails fixed within a week. So how was I out of line by returned to get my top coat fixed??? If you donât want to fix things then why have the repair policy? The part thatâs most upsetting is I paid for the pedicure but was denied the proper service. I was given bad attitude when I returned and I was expected to just accept a product that was not done to high standards as they claim. If they ever try to make you pay for something they know is incomplete or wrong and have you come back another day to fix it, donât do it because they will treat you like crap when you return because they already made you pay. Pay when the service is complete and to your liking. Also, wanting my pedicure to look good is not being difficult or hard to please (as the manager tried to say). At no point today was I made to feel like their priority was making things right for me. It was all about doing the bare minimum and pushing me out the door.
Bottom line this place is horrible with customer service. If you pay over $100 for services then yes, you as a business should make sure the work is right and the customer is satisfied. A total lack of accountability from this place and only really cared that I wrote a bad review.
Had an appointment for a pedicure and dip. The pedicure person was 45 minutes late starting. I was very clear that I needed to be out of there at a certain time so to figure out if someone else needed to do the pedicure instead of who I scheduled with. I was told by the manager that the tech was almost done - the tech did not start on my pedicure for another 35 minutes. I left late for work and didnât even get top coat on my pedicure. Terrible service and now I have to find time to go back for top coat, what a waste of what was supposed to be a relaxing...

I just wanted to clarify that my disappointment wasnât related to a specific technician being unavailable. I havenât been to the salon in over two years and only asked about her out of curiosity. I didnât have a preferred technician for this visit, as I was simply hoping for a good overall experience.
My main concern was how rushed and assembly-line the process felt upon arrival. As someone who hadnât been to the salon in quite some time, I wasnât familiar with the current services or pricing, and I would have appreciated a bit more guidance or explanation before being seated.
While I did enjoy the atmosphere and the complimentary drinks, I was disappointed in the outcome of my nails. The design wasnât what I originally requested, a few nails were left crooked despite my mentioning it early on, and steps like cleaning under the nails and cuticle care were skipped. I had expected more attention to detail, especially at this price point.
At this point, Iâve decided to have the nails redone elsewhere, so I wonât be coming in for a correction. However, I do appreciate your response and hope this feedback is helpful moving forward.
Best regards.
Original comment: I went to the nail salon and felt very rushed as soon as I got in there, they kinda had everybody in an assembly line asking what services you were getting. The problem with this is I have never been to this establishment and I didnât know what services they offered(or price) so I just said nails. They sent me down very fast, but I had to wait for a nail technician for 10 minutes, which wasnât bad because they have free drinks. But I wasnât offered any till the nail tech came. The nail tech did not cut my cuticles and left three of my fingers crooked. I did tell her at the beginning when she had first put on the nails, then she said she would be able to fix it with filing down the road. She also gave me the wrong design on my nails I had asked for what is the screenshot in my picture and she gave me something similar, but not what I asked for. It was never fixed. They also never cleaned under my nail beds before putting on acrylic or anything which I thought was pretty common but I guess isnât. For my nails it cost me $90 but I went on a day where it gave me 15% off and then I had a tip so I went back to 90 anyways Iâm not satisfied with the service. I hate my nails. Iâm just gonna have to pay somebody else to redo them. I will not be returning. And would...
Read moreI went for an early birthday mani/pedi with my best friend. Itâs not our normal salon, but it was close to our lunch location. This place is very large with too much going on for my likings. A regular salon is more personable. For instance, they give you a tag with a number on it when you sit down for your service. I donât like being âa numberâ. My salon walks you to the front to close the transaction. This salon was so hurried our girls were nowhere to be found when we left the chairs. My regular salon has 10 pedicure chairs and 2 manicure stations that seat one manicurist and the customer. This place has actual rooms. Each room has at least 6-8 pedicure chairs, depending on the room size, and as best I could count, there were 8 rooms. In the middle of the side pedicure rooms there were at least 5 rows of manicure stations, each seating 5-6 manicurists/customers at each row. It was very busy. We were able to get an appointment quickly, but who couldnât?! They have so much space. It would be a good place for prom groups or bridal parties. They have a wine bar and a slushy machine plus water to drink. Every color imaginable on the wall to pick from for your nail color. My pedicurist did a great job. She was nice and spoke well. My manicurist was nice as well, but she seemed rushed. She nicked me a couple times while cleaning up my cuticles. The next day, my nail beds were sore and red. I do like the pedicure chairs. Not only do they have the cushioned ankle rests, but the massage portion of the chair never had to be restarted. Most places have a 20 minute timer. The chairs go off and you have to restart it again. That was one notable plus. At check out, there seemed to be a confusion for the lady in front of us. An indication that number system is not so great. Our transaction was fine, but it needs to be stated about the other lady. The prices are in line with other salons. A basic pedicure (the Splish Splash) is $33 and a basic manicure (also called a Splish Splash) is $20. This place is also located in a very congested strip center with lots of eateries and shopping stores. It can be difficult to find parking. I will not return. I prefer a more quality customer...
