Ross Dress for Less — Attraction in Helena

I got really upset today after we shopping at Ross,one of their cashier has really bad attitude!!! maybe because they have no clear rules and regulations,here is what happened to us,we were told they have 10% off on Tuesdays,so last week we went there on Tuesday we bought some products was under $55.00,we had not got discount because the cashier told us it has to be over $55.00,we were ok with that,and today we went there again,we spent $77.00 but we still didn’t get discount,because we were told it has to be over 55 years old,we called our friends right after.because our friends told us about the discount,our friends buy stuff there all the time,they always get 10% off no matter what,even not over $55.00 or 55 years old,my cousin he is 20yeas old,he bought a pair of Nike shoes,was $45 something and he got 10 % off,our another two friends they are only 45 years old,they always get discounted too,no one ever ask them ID to prove if they are 55 or older.we talked with the manager over there.the manager told us usually they will check customer’s ID or ask the customer if they are 55 years old.Even some of the customer not 55 years old and don’t look like 55 or over,they still give them the discount.if so why did you make the rule.we just don’t understand why are we get screwed every time.we feel like we were cheated by them.Any way they’re sucks,we will never go back again! I have visited this place multiple times. Very big mall with great collection. Calvin Klein One perfume I got here was good and worth for the money. I have purchased acrylic paint set, which is not good quality. Artistica art paint brushes also not have good quality so returned them. I have purchased chopping board for $8.99. The universal flexible long arm mount for mobile phone for $7.99 is not of good quality.l will return this item soon as vacuum suction is not working properly. Exceptional customer service. The Ross in Helena Mt. Just not worth the trip. For, the Ross in Great Falls,Mt. might be an hour away. The store is always packed with lots of clothing and better prices by far. I've been going in to Helena Ross's for months to see if they gotten anything. But no they got less and higher prices. I got the same shoes in Great Falls for $18.00. Helena wants $35. Just saying.
