Social Security Administration — Attraction in Hemet

I mailed in my marriage certificate, birth certificate and my drivers license and my application for a name change to the Hemet CA office on September 28th, 2020. They were all paperclipped together inside the envelope. I sent those documents due to calling the office prior and asking them what I needed to get my name changed. Yesterday on 10/5 I received back from that office and UNSEALED envelope containing JUST my marriage certificate. No sign of my drivers license or birth certificate. I called the office this morning and spoke to a gentlemen who refused to give me his name. I explained the situation to him and he was incredibly dismissive. Stating that they scan everything in and it wasn't scanned in so they didn't receive it (which I know is not true because it was sent in the same manilla envelope my marriage certificate and application was in). He then said they didn't need it anyway due to the marriage certificate having all the info necessary. I said is it possible because it wasn't needed and was small that it was left in the envelope and thrown away. He didn't answer me. I then asked if he could ask or see if it's lying around in the office somewhere. He put me on hold, came back and said he spoke with his manager and they said that if it wasn't scanned in they never had it in their possession. I said well what if it was placed in the UNSEALED envelope you sent back to me? Silence. He then asked if he can help me with anything else. He talked over me throughout the entire phone call and not once apologized or said he was sorry for the inconvenience nor did he attempt to assist me in any way other than asking his manager if they scan all docs in they receive. The level of customer service is negative 0 and I am appalled that they are so dismissive that they just LOST my license and birth certificate. You can clearly see in the attached photos that the envelope wasn't sealed before sending me back my marriage...

Miss.Urias is VERY RUDE & unprofessional I called Dan to check on a check that has not came yet as of November 8 2023I was giving her my address like she asked I was trying to give her my address, and she kept saying what apartment number what apartment number like everybody lives in apartment I said there is no apartment number. She said there’s only apartments on that street. Evidently she does not know what she’s talking about I’ve been living in the same house for six years, she’s very rude very unprofessional. I asked to speak to her supervisor two times. She just ignored my request the third time I asked for a supervisor. She said you have to come into the office to talk to a supervisor if she’s going to be rude to people she don’t need to have this kind of job. I will be checking to see who regulates the Social Security office and file a former complaint against this unprofessional lady , you don’t treat people that way, especially when is your Job to help disabled people this is ridiculous. She needs to be reprimanded or fired. This is not the first time I’ve had to deal with this unprofessional individual this needs to be addressed. This is really sad. Her supervisor is Miss Richards. This lady is a piece of work.😩😩😩 It’s supposed to help disabled people not treat them unfairly and discriminate against them because they are disabled or the color of their skin and that’s how I feel she treated...

Coustomer service value a BIG Zero. 35 days ago I went to my Social Security office to obtain a much needed document. There,I was told the offices were not staffed and I needed to call a number. After many attempts, I was finally able to get a Social Security Employee in the phone and offered to pick up the needed document. I was told that I was not permitted to pick up the document and that it would be sent out within 5 working days. One week went by, than two and it was time for me to leave the country ,but still no document. Now over one month has gone by and they never sent the document. Please send me an email the " report of confidential social security benefit information form". I attach what I got 2 years ago . Please update the date, and send me an email or my address .
